Evening folks. So, one of the guys in my gaming group does IT stuff and set up for us to do a podcast. We did our first one this past Saturday.

Here it is.

Not sure how well we stayed on topic, but it was kind of fun. One thing I learned, I sound weird.

I want to check this out. Is it available on iTunes or only on the website?
Apparently, it will be soon. How soon, I do not know. I'm not much on the whole technical aspects of the thing. I just show up, talk, and drink beer - three things I'm very good at.

I enjoyed the podcast. You've got some interesting ideas about missing players. Personally, I think reporting them missing to the police would be more fun.

I agree with you about character backgrounds. It makes my job easier as a GM when I have some hook to reel a character in with, and I don't have to make up reasons to do so. I don't force my players to do backgrounds, but they know the game is more fun for them when they make a character background.

EDIT: Ashe, my genesis died recently, and I despaired of playing Shadowrun ever again. Then I was able to find an emulator and the rom online- I've been playing non-stop ever since! DECKERS FOREVER!

The official Shadowrun Forums opened up last week and I've been giggling all weekend because I got FastJack as my handle. And FAWTLy fever has engripped me there as well, since I'm the poster with the most...er...ness? *shrug*

I don't like vaginas either. I think they're like the sun if you look directly at them you'll go blind.

Um don't watch showgirls. More importantly do not watch the extended unedited version. Well except for that one scene with the blond. Yowza. The rest. Meh.

Less Elizabeth Berkeley, more Gina Gershon, please.

+1 Gina, especially with a side of 1996 Jennifer Tilly.

Wait, if that were true, wouldn't the birthday President have been blind years ago? Or Urizen? Or me- er, wait, scratch that last one; I am half-blind without my contacts.

Before we blame them for blindness, I think we need to get some Federal funding for an extensive, decades-long study on the matter. With Gina Gershon. And Kate Beckinsale.

Happy Birthday Moorluck! Have a great day!

Cool, AZ. I listened to it while doing laundry. Your group sounds cool as well.

Without corrective lenses and these Beltones, I'm like two degrees removed from Helen Keller. Therefore, I volunteer to be in the experimental group of the double blind project when it gets funded.

Bwahahahaha!

Boobs don't excite me either. However, I am confused by them. For the most part I think they fun to play with though. Did you know you could play some interesting rhythms on breasts?

Liberty's Edge

After an incredibly busy weekend, I am back. I worked the Ohio Renaissance Festival, specifically helping a local game store who has a booth there. It was full of people. Not only that, but those people seemed honestly ready to spend money. Our booth saw record sales and we weren't the only ones. Nearly every vendor reported a fantastic boost over last year.

But I am very tired and somewhat in pain. Not enough to impede me too much, but just enough to make me grumpy. Overall, though, I was impressed I could stay on my feet for three days and I was happy to see my selling skills were still intact.

Liberty's Edge

By the way, I am partially up to date. If I missed something important, let me know.
