And does it include a rope, grappling hooks, smoke bombs and personalisable calling cards?
Afraid not.
The sidebar on the villain's escape kit is still pretty cool though. It's a list of many of the spells that are useful for a villain who is going to declare "we'll finish this another time, heroes!" and then make a getaway. Feather Fall, Entangle, Hold Person, Dimension Door, and many others make the list, and in reading them over I feel the wheels in my head start turning as I think "I never thought about using Feather Fall to get away before. Next climactic encounter takes place on a high cliff!"

Aaaah Feather Fall.
I did that to my players with Xanesha in PF2.
"It's all over, you high CR snake lady ! Surrender !"
"Surrender ? Muhahahaha ... So long screwies, see you in St. Louis (or Jorgenfist, actually)" - and she jumps the tower and casts Feather Fall. The looks on player faces was priceless :)

Xanesha could fly and dimension door.

Fly got dispelled along the way, and my Xanesha didn't have 4th level spells - I toned her down slightly to make her manageable for my players, who were all new to PF. Also, it was way more spectacular with Feather Fall (luckily the bell trap blew up the stairs, so the PCs couldn't just run downstairs and catch her :)

I tried the Feather Fall thing in my Eberron Campaign.
The villain (a halfling minion of Droaam) tried to jump off one of the Sharn Towers and cast Feather Fall from a token.
The party Warforged just jumped after him...counting on his momentum to crash into the little bugger.
One collision followed by the party Feather Fall spell AND a creative use of Shadow Bridge and Web, and the halfling didn't escape so well...
