First let me say this is a copy paste of something I posted in a different area
Working on helping my son with his character, a level 10 Human fighter, the problem is I a far from knowledgable myself.
We chose the following feats (The game we are in is a bit wargamish in nature, so we have some serious firepower going on)
Weapon Focus, Greater Weapon Focus, Weapon Specilization (Short Swords)
Power Attack
Toughnes, Improved Crit Range
These I understand and have no problems with
The following I am a bit concerned about how they interact
Two Weapon Fighting, Improved Two Weapon Fighting
& Cleave, Great Cleave
Double Slice and Two Weapon Defence has also been chosen
So my question is this, can the cleaves be used with the two weapon fighting?
Seems like a great build.
I would highly recommend getting at least Iron Will, if not Improved Iron Will. Fighters major weakness is their will save, so do something to keep that from being terrible.
2 Weapon fighting (that is to say getting extra attacks) requires a full attack action. Cleave requires a standard action.
So you can either (for example) move and cleave, or 5' step and take multiple attacks using 2 weapon fighting, but not both.

I changed the cleave's on it to Iron Will and Quick Draw, he want's the two weapon fighting aspect alot. He is in bed right now so he might have me change it back, but the GM wanted me to E-mail him the character tonight
