We're running early this fortnight; better than late I guess. Here are the listings for sessions at Good Games Brisbane on 9th May, 6pm.

#52: The City of Strangers—Part II: The Twofold Demise (Tiers: 1–2, 3–4, and 6–7).

A powerful local gang in Kaer Maga demands that you end the threat of the Shadow Lodge at once as the Lodge's very existence upsets the delicate local balance of power. Refusal means both the expulsion of the Pathfinder Society from Kaer Maga forever and your untimely deaths. The choice is yours.

The Twofold Demise is the second and final scenario in the The City of Strangers campaign arc and is the sequel to Pathfinder Society Scenario #51: The City of Strangers—Part I: The Shadow Gambit.

and

#6: Black Waters (Tiers: 1–2, 4-5).

The Pathfinder Society seeks the ancient ruby ring of the salamander and it falls to a team of Pathfinders to find it. Last seen in the Tri-Towers Yard, a once elite academy for the youth of Absalom, the ruby ring is now lost in the Drownyard, all that remains of Tri-Towers after it was destroyed a decade ago in the great quake. The Pathfinders must risk the strange black ichors and salty brine to find their prize—will they risk their very souls as well?

In Brisbane we are trialling the use of the Warhorn site to manage the registration of players for regular play. Head to the Warhorn site, click on the sessions listed for May 9th and follow the prompts.

If that all proves to hard, email me and let us know you're interested in playing; we'll get you registered the hard way. Email address is pathfinder_society_brisbane@creakingchair.com.

Hi Brisbane Pathfinders!

This Sunday we will be continuing our fortnightly Sunday sessions with...

#3-19: The Icebound Outpost
The Pathfinder Society discovers an Aspis Consortium base in an ancient Vudran temple now encased in a glacier and sends the PCs to infiltrate it and investigate the extent of the rival organization's regional operations. Can the PCs get in the well-guarded Aspis outpost and escape with their lives and the information the Society seeks?

Due to popular demand, we will be running a second table this Sunday...

#17: Perils of the Pirate Pact (Levels 1-7)

When the Black Marquis lost all of the men he could trust on a failed treasure hunt, he did the only thing he could: turned to the Pathfinder Society for help. Offering an ancient lost text in return for assistance, the Black Marquis of Deadbridge sends you deep into the spider-haunted Echo Wood of the River Kingdoms to track down his missing pirates and recover an ancient treasure for the Society. You'll face brigands, pirates, spiders and more—but will you survive the perils of the Pirate Pact?

Head to the Warhorn Site and sign up if you're interested. There were some issues with parking last time around in South Brisbane, so the Sunday game will be held at Ace Comics & Games, Annerley; follow the link for location details. We will be kicking off at 12pm and going through till finished.

Running behind the eightball this fortnight (again!), so without further ceremony, here is the sessions for this Wednesday night's gaming pleasure!

#3-20: The Rats of Round Mountain—Part I: The Sundered Path (Levels 7–11)

In an effort to prevent an alliance between the Aspis Consortium and a contingent of ratfolk with incredible regional influence, the Pathfinder Society sends its best agents deep into a Darklands passage to the heart of Round Mountain, where the ratfolk hold court. But as is often the case for Pathfinders, the journey is an adventure unto itself, potentially deadly enough to prevent the PCs from reaching their destination at all.

"The Sundered Path" is the first scenario in the two-part The Rats of Round Mountain campaign arc. The story concludes in Pathfinder Society Scenario #3–22: The Rats of Round Mountain—Part II: Pagoda of the Rat. Both chapters are intended to be played in order and consecutively; PCs who do will receive a special reward at the arc's conclusion.

and...

#3-02: Sewer Dragons of Absalom (Levels 3–7)

Absalom is Golarion’s busiest and most populous city, but one of its largest populations goes largely unnoticed. You must venture into the sewers beneath the City at the Center of the World to stop the meddling dragons within from disrupting a vital Pathfinder Society operation.

Pregens will be avaialable if people are missing a character in the approporiate level range and all players will be accomodated for.

My housemate is looking for a new pathfinder group possibly over at Fast break at Nundah as one of his players from another group lives out that way. Okay,

Now I am back from Sydney's Lissalapalooza (which was a blast! I met with Mike Brock from Paizo, the man who manages Pathfinder Society Play across the world. Officially one of the world's coolest jobs!) I have finally managed to sort out the next fortnights games @ Brisbane Good Game on Wednesday April 10th at 6pm.

#4–18: The Veteran's Vault.
A Pathfinder adventure for characters level 1-5

While many Pathfinders meet unfortunate fates in their ongoing explorations of the dangerous world of Golarion, some retire with decades' worth of treasure in their coffers, and their lives still intact. When one such Pathfinder approaches the Grand Lodge with the hidden location of her treasure vault, it falls upon a new generation of Pathfinders to retrieve from within a valuable keepsake. That they can keep anything other than the ex-Pathfinder's locket makes the assignment all the sweeter.

and…

Thornkeep I: The Accursed Halls Part 2.
A Pathfinder module for characters level 1-2

Beneath Brokenhelm Hill and the weathered walls of Thornkeep lies an ancient maze of magic and madness. Once the workrooms and summoning chamber of a rebel Azlanti lord, these subterranean chambers were forgotten thousands of years ago after the eradication of the evil lord and his followers. Over the centuries, adventurers have found their way into these twisting passages and magnificent chambers, only to discover that the fading magic of the ancient Azlanti still lingers here. The people of Thornkeep call this dungeon the Halls Under the Hill, but those heroes who have dared its depths know this place by a different name: the Accursed Halls.

Both are low tier, (I actually got to play The Veteran's Vault at Lissalapalooza) but if you're in the middle of Thornkeep, then that is where you will need to be this fortnight to finish off the adventure! If you haven't played he first half of Thornkeep, then you're stuck with me this fortnight. It will be offered again in the coming months, as the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

I realise that I have mentioned this in the past, but it has been a while. It is really great if you could take a couple of minutes and register on the Warhorn Site the sessions you are wanting to play. The link to this fortnights session is here.

If you have any problems registering for a session, shoot me through an email at pathfinder_society_brisbane@creakingchair.com.

4/5 **

This week at Brisbane Good Games we have old and new for people to play! There will be three tables and it should be an absolute blast!

Pathfinder Society Scenario #4–14: My Enemy's Enemy.
A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 3–7.

Someone in the city of Magnimar is committing crimes and leaving evidence implicating the Pathfinder Society. It falls to the Pathfinders to get to the bottom of it, and what they find may signal the resurgence of an enemy thought long defeated.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #35: Voice in the Void.
A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1-7.

Mystery strikes again at the problem-plagued Blackros Museum in Absalom and its curator, Nigel Aldain, needs your help. When a famed Osirian tomb raider returns to Absalom and disappears in the museum's basement, Aldain fears the worst. When strange sounds echo from below and several of the curator's night watchmen go missing, he panics and begs the Society to investigate the mystery and save his museum from the darkness that infests it.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #6: Black Waters
A Pathfinder Society Scenario designed for levels 1 to 5.

As always, we'll be taking registration through the Warhorn site and if there are any issues, please let me know at pathfinder_society_brisbane@creakingchair.com.

Action will kick off at 6pm at Good Game Brisbane. Keeping close to time would be a great thing, as Season 4 scenarios tend to run the full 4 hour slot.

New Players

If you haven't completed your registration, or haven't got a Pathfinder Society Number, I will have my laptop with internet connection with me so we can get you properly signed up.
