I was looking through the list of pregenerated iconic characters at the back of this adventure and noticed that 7th level Sajan does 2d6+1 damage with his unarmed attacks. I assume this is a typo and that it's supposed to be a d8+1? Hmn. His base attack is listed as +7 (should be +5) so there are probably other issues with his stat block.
Yes, his unarmed strikes should be 1d8 instead of 2d6, and his BAB should be +5.
I tracked down the BAB bug, it's from an old version of our stat block spreadsheet (long since fixed) that erroneously used the Maneuver Training class ability for BAB instead of CMB.
I don't have an answer for why his damage is listed wrong--in the spreadsheet, it's manually entered as 2d6 (instead of manually entered as 1d8).
