Hi,

Order # 1358100 shipped on 18 March 2010. It's now been four weeks, and no sign of it. Is this long enough to consider it lost in transit? (Sounds like a couple of people have been having theirs show up about now...)

Your order probably should have arrived by now, so I will put replacements in with this month's subscription shipment.

I just noticed that the replacements were put into this month's order at "full" price. Was that intentional?
