Prestige Class Progression... always 10 levels?

Are all the PFRPG prestige classes out to date of the 10 level progression?

If so, is this a deliberate choice on part of the design team?

Ten levels is the norm for prestige classes. We've done 5 level and even a 15 level prestige classes too, though.
