Tier 12

Liberty's Edge 3/5

I took some time to look at the current release schedule of PFS adventures in order to see when I might be able to play the Tier 12 adventure coming out (which I am really looking forward to).

I must not have optimized the adventures I've played up until now. I am 4 adventures short of 12th level with only 2 Tier 7-11 mods currently out there that I haven't played. So after I play those I need to find 2 more Tier 7-11s to play.

The next one is scheduled for end of June so I'll be putting my main character on the shelf until then. Do we know when the next 7-11 is coming out after that? As it stands I'm guessing no one in my group will be able to get to 12 until at least July.

I'm just curious if many other folks are looking at the same timeline.

Dark Archive 1/5

Josh put out a schedule in October which has run its course.

After your post here I'm sure he may very well put up another one.

You can look through the product page for scenarios actually, and see everything I've assigned. Next week sometime I'll update the product page again and add scenarios through October.

You'll have to select the "show unavailable products" option to see anything that hasn't been released yet.

I see all scenarios up through June. I guess I'm just saying up through what is listed there is only one more tier 7-11 listed and that means I have not shot at hitting 12 before something else comes out for 7-11. We are hitting a stretch without any new 7-11 scenarios if I'm reading the schedule accurately.

For now I'll wait to see what the extended schedule looks like beyond June.

Are there any lower level scenarios that you missed playing that you also have not run? If you can find one and run it for your group, then you can get that missing experience point

How does that work? Will it still fit into a four-five hour slot?
It's designed to be played over two slots.

So since it's part one of two, (assuming part II is also the same length) that's four slots total?

The outline I got when I started work on Part II was a four-part arc. My understanding is that Tier 12 arcs will be four parts and come out over the course of an entire season.

As for the length of my scenario, it's designed for a regular 4-5 hour time slot.

So some tier 12 games are going to take two slots, some tier 12 games are going to take one slot?

Are there any plans for multi-day (three or four slots) convention games?

If a game takes two slots is the expectation that it will be played all on one day, with only a comfort/meal break midway through?

The plan for this first Tier 12 arc is that the first adventure will be 2 slots and playable in 8-to-10 hours. How conventions choose to break that up is up to them, but I'll run them as a straight 10 hours at Gen Con with the GM determining breaks for food etc.

The remaining three scenarios in this arc are all normal scenarios (one slot).

I have no plans for scenarios that are larger than 2 slots.
