Int mod to attack bonus

Is there a feat that allows someone to use intelligence instead of dex or strength when making attack rolls?

Check your Book of Exalted Deeds.

I could be misremembering but I'm pretty sure that's where it is. I think, though, that it has to be a simple, light weapon or a natural attack.

I know there is a feat in the BoED that allows you to use your wisdom bonus to modify your attack roll. IIRC it is call intuitive strike.

The swashbuckler class from the complete warrioe also allows INT as a bonus to AC but I am not sure about to hit.

Actually, the swashbuckler has an ability that allows you to add your INT bonus to damage rolls. I believe it's the duelist prestige class in the DMG that allows you to add INT bonus to AC.

The Factotum class from Dungeonscape has a class feature called Brain over brawn which allows the character to substitute Int for Str on attack, damage, and skill rolls. If I remember correctly this is gained at about 4th level.
