Put me in the category of liking both this idea (Classic Fairies Revisited, though I like Fey Revisited better) and Classic Giants revisited. That would cover most of my favorite monsters -as the other favorite, Lycanthropes, got some love in Classic Horror's Revisited.

Another vote for Fey Revisited. This is one group that really needs to be revisited and put into a cohesive although chaotic whole.
I'd like to see a fey book with crunch as well as fluff. And I'd hope that such a book would give plenty of coverage to friendly, GOOD-aligned fey, not just evil and malicious fey.

Actually, with 3 Good, 1 Neutral and 1 Evil fey in the Bestiary, some Evil fey love is very needed ...
I suspect that Irrisen will give us a few less-than-nice fey.
In my imaginings, there are three types;
Vampire-like 'snow maidens' who transform into sleet-storm-like whirling snow flurries and drain the body heat from those they find out in the cold, leaving them frozen and blue, but with a look of bliss on their faces, as if they died experiencing wonderful dreams. Often mistaken for undead, and considered to be the souls / spirits of faithless (or wrongly accused) maidens cast out of their homes and left to freeze to death (but they aren't, being more closely related to dryads). They often watch at windows, unable to enter a home, leaving behind frost patterns in the shape of a woman's hand print on exterior walls and doors.
Ice pixies, with wings of ice-crystal that move in swarms, slashing at foes with their sharp-edged wings and leaving behind sliced up bloodless bodies. Dangerously attracted to flame, they have a tendency to fly too close, so that their wings melt, leaving them helpless, to be cruelly mocked by the rest of the swarm and left to die.
Rime Knights, a mix of elf and 3.5ish hobgoblin, lean and strong and outfitted in armor and with weapons of steel-hard ice, soaked brownish-red with the blood of their enemies, as they live for proving themselves in battle (and feed magically off of the deaths of foes in melee combat), always challenging the fiercest-looking warrior to single combat, and being big talkers about honor and all that, despite their vicious natures.

Add my vote to classic fey and giants revisited.
Only problem with fey revisited is we don't have 10 fey in the bestiarys yet. After Bestiary II would probably be more likely.
On a side note I really like how revisited books take place of the old Dragon Ecologies. Heres hoping for a Demons revisited followed by books for the other outsider races.

Sweet! I love what Paizo has done with Lamias so far, so I'd definitely love to see what you did with the rest. Especially the Sphinx. I've always felt they had lots more potential.
