Considering that the winner will be under NDA, the "no comments" clause is a good test if the contestant can hold in check his feelings and urges to comment.

After all, last thing Paizo wants is their future contrcators spilling the guts about upcoming products.

I'm pretty sure they can make that error anywhere, including any other thread in the forum or such. Letting them not post in their own thread would not change the fact that they still could be DQ'd for discussing their entry.
