I apparently slept most of the early evening and then got up and threw together supper. I had soup and salad, kids had sub sandwiches and string cheese, hubby had left over steak burgers, baked potato, and fried onion.

I think hubby's was best. Oh, and the baby decided to eat half mine.

Liberty's Edge

Sigh...

Today it is the food, tomorrow it is the remote, and then it is the keys to the car...

I once programmed a universal remote and hid it, changing the channel on whoever was watching tv using the standard remote.

The day I had to drive her KIA wasn't much fun though. At that point I offered a $5 reward to which ever child brought me the keys, no questions asked.

Pulled from the thread I linked to earlier...

Ashley Judd giving a kiss to the UK mascot while he carries her

a few tidbits about Ashley Judd:

1 Ashley Judd is a huge UK basketball fan and often shows up at the home games.

2. A few years ago, a student won my award for being one of the luckiest men alive. Ashley Judd was watching the game from within the student section when the TV camera zoomed in on her as it often does when she shows up for the games. Upon noticing it she grabbed the student standing next to her while he was cheering and she gave him a huge smooch for the camera. He had quite a stunned look on his face: Ashley Judd had just spontaneously given him a big kiss and not only was he surrounded by his friends who witnessed it but it was broadcast live to millions of people including his parents and probably most of the people he had ever known. Lucky bastard.

3. She graduated from high school with the youngest of my three older sisters. In my Spanish II class (So. year of high school) she sat one row to the right and three seats in front of me. She wouls often wear skirts with fishnet hose and sit at her desk in a twisted manner that really showed her curves. (Pause to drool with the recollection) Poor me, I was only 14 when that school year started and didn't turn 15 for another month into the fall semester. Ahh, memories.

So I spent a good portion of my day figuring out how to allocate my funds in order to become a Pathfinder Chronicles Superscriber by June and maintain it.

Yes. Starting next month I begin my Adventure Path & Chronicles subscription. In May I begin my Companion subscription and in June I begin my Module subscription, completing all subscriptions needed to get my Pathfinder Chronicles Superscriber status and associated bling (grey box around my avatar and aliases).

Congrats on thinking through the juggling.

RPG Superstar 2012

I'm getting caught up, so I'll post a bunch here and move on. :)

Woodraven:
Good luck with the medication. When I first started taking medication, I got scary angry, to the point where I came I almost purposefully ran into some jerk on a motorcycle. Other medication, Wellbutrin and Effexor, put me to sleep. Effexor ended up giving me hives, which my previous doctor didn't believe, which is why I don't see her anymore.

E7, Patrick, and CH: Sorry to hear about your medical horror stories. Patrick, your story is particularly tragic.

E7, I'm sorry to hear about your dog.

Freehold, glad your wife found her wallet, and sorry about your bad day yesterday.

Lynora, I hope this is the last you'll see of the flu. :)
