It goes pretty quick.

No doubt. I understand Courtfool's points. However, it's really not cool to insult other people's beliefs, whether they are religious or secular. For example, I could write a dissertation on the issues that I have with liberal thought, but I don't feel a need to tell you that you are stupid and delusional for believing in what you do just because you don't think the way I do. I don't have the right.

Kind of ironic, since you seem to have no problem illustrating me as a godless pinko commie. ;)

Yeah, I wanted to take part, but I just couldn't deal with the way people treated my attempts to add to the conversation. Especially when I am an expert on theological epistemology and they aren't. I will lay my hands on Moff and send him into the wilderness in my stead.

Shame we live in different parts of the country; we'd be downing bottles of wine through the wee hours of the night waxing polemics between theology and philosophy.

Actually, It's Godless, commie pinko. ;) It's all in good fun. I wouldn't torment you if I didn't like you.

Start off with walking to work. It's done wonders for me.

Or even just taking a walk in the morning. The activity alone will cause your serotonin levels to increase and help you throughout the remainder of the day from feeling that lack of motivation / mental fatigue.

Sounds bad. :/

I believe you may have meant Mac Boyce since he experienced the red-ring.

Good afternoon!

And good bye. I am heading off to run my PFS game. Talk to everyone later.

Oooooh, that was today (or yesterday now), wasn't it? Spent a bit of my afternoon running errands and spending some time with my father.

Hope it went well!

I'll see how it goes, but I've been given a couple of book titles to help boost my "book smarts". If only I had a HPB to visit to try to find them...

HPB is like crack + meth for me. When I'm out on an errand and it's in the vicinity, I seem to run into a gravitational pull akin to the Death Star tractor beam.

Urizen <3 HPB.

I caved and bought a Nook last night, so am currently reading about 5 e-books at once. Also ordering puzzles for the store as we convert from baby boutique to toy store. There's one that is a scene from a bordello. My partner marked it to order. I'm not sure that's wise. Guys, what do you think of bordellos?

You're going to be running a toy-store bordello? Can we get a nook(ie) there? A definite vacation destination now. :P

Got my package from Amazon today. Reveived Terminator 3 & 4 on Blu-Ray , 4E PHB 2 and 5 100 pack spindles of blank DVDs.

Just found out about another one that is opening in my area on Tatum; the grand opening is coming up soon. The one that's open now has 1 shelf slot out of a whole bookcase dedicatied to gaming books, so I'm sol. Hopefully the new store will fare better gaming wise.

Mom wants to take me on a cruise to Alaska for my 35th birthday; that's next year. She told me to think about it. I'm honestly not sure if I want to go. What the hell is in Alaska?

Alaska is a beautiful state, lots of seafood to eat, and you're on a ship with a bunch of bikini clad babes, what's not to like? he he

Terminator: Salvation. It came out last year on my birthday.

Ooooh, major suckage!

For me, though ... even if the RPG sections are slim pickings, I still wander through the metaphysics, philosophy, religion, sci-fi fantasy, reference, general science, history, and graphic novels section.

Agreed! If someone was going to pay my way for an Alaskan cruise....I'd be all over that like a fat kid with cake! :p

I know of that release, but I wasn't sure whether they were calling that the fourth in the series or if it is taking its own different spin on the genre/series.

Thankfully, the prices on fiction are incredibly low. I saw a 10 pen of Trek TNG novels for about $3-$4. I'm thinking about starting to read Trek and othe SciFi series novelizations.

They have a decent dvd section too, but I'm more partial to buying factory sealed dvds.

Speaking of cake, I'm forgoing it this year and instead getting pumpkin pie w/whipped cream for my b-day.

Good morning, everyone!

For those of you don't have me friended on Facebook: This just in my roommate(the creeper) has put his collection of empty beer cans in the living room. He has 16 columns of 3 cases plus 4 additional cases. By the way these are 30 packs. Full of empties that is 1560 cans, which he drinks by himself, now factor in Iowa's 5 cent redemption value that equals $78. Just to give him some leeway say this is accumulated since January 1st, that equals about 142 days that is about 10 cans/day. And he says he doesn't have a drinking problem.
