There is a stomach medicine being advertised called AcipHex, pronounced ASS-effecks. Are people really that inattentive?I saw that a while ago and snickered for a bit, but eventually got over it. A lot of drugs have silly names.
That name is the primary reason I switched to Prilosec. I always thought AciPhex should co-advertise with Mass Effect.

Whenever I hold my copy of "The Lost Tomb of Kruk-Ma-Kali" I feel a sense of calm knowing that nothing in my life will ever be as stupid as an aquatic tarrasque.

I think this was supposed to be a rip-off of Godzilla... but without the nuclear death breath.
Its the only tarrasque in the Kalamar setting, and it lives in a lake in the middle of the desert! As far as I can tell, the only real way to get to it is by severe meta-gaming as well.

It was in the adventure "The Lost Tomb of Kruk-Ma-Kali". It was in a little lake to the north-north-east of Dijishy in the Elos desert along the eastern flank of the Sliv Elenon mountains... if that helps. The desert-lake shouldn't appear in the campaign setting though, its far too small.
