This order I think shipped on 01/21/10. I have not yet received it. Normally once you guys ship, it takes 4 to 5 days max. Do I need to give it more time? Or is this order lost?

I have the same problem. I posted yesterday here but have not gotten a response.

Your books did go out on the 21st, which was 13 business days ago, via the standard postal rate. The estimated delivery time for this shipping method is 4 to 8 business days.

However, while your packages are definitely running late at this time, they are not yet so late that we should give up on them. If you still have not seen your order by the end of next week, let me know and I will set you up with replacements at that time.
