Thrown Weapons Question

Rules Questions

I haven't been able to find clarification on this anywhere. In the book it says that throwing a two-handed weapon is a full-round action, but it only says that for weapons that don't have a range increment. Is this also the case for heavy thrown weapons like the orc shot-put and two-handed weapons with the throwing enhancement, or does the existence of a range increment reduce it to a standard action?

The addition of a range increment makes it only a standard action for a single and (with the right abilities/qualities) usable during a full attack action. The limitation is for hurling a two-handed non-incremented weapon, such as a mundane greatsword or a glaive.

Throwing any melee weapon falls under the improvised weapon rules.

"An improvised weapon scores a threat on a natural roll of 20 and deals double damage on a critical hit. An improvised thrown weapon has a range increment of 10 feet."
