Yes, but only if you use the natural weapon granted by the paladin's high charisma modifier.
If the paladin lacks a sufficient modifier to grant such a weapon, it only okay if you use the infant version of the paladin from just before they were born as a coup de grace weapon. And that can only be done on the third full moon after the second sign of the Eternal Equinox.
