Thanks, Urizen.

Unlike last round, which I thought was dominated by lackluster or confusing imaginations (and bad names), I spent all six of my votes this time, and all of my top 6 made it in. I still feel bad for Mortika. I hated the Haga and he made me love it.

RPG Superstar 2012

Let's try this again:

The comic was perfect, CrimJ!

Um, all that stuff I buy from Paizo, I don't use it all. The modules and APs are more for inspiration and ideas, sometimes ripped off wholesale from the source for my game. :)

Also, 5 of my 6 votes made it to the top 8. I figured Mortika might have been a tough sell, but I really wanted to see what he did next.

Hubby is the greatest! My Valentin's gift is beautiful! I love jewelry! :D

The Exchange

Ok watching Nightline and I can understand Kevin Smith getting upset with the stupidity of the small seats and the sardine like planes. But there is a Fat acceptance movement Come on people, please. This is from a fat man by the way. The one group says we all should accept our fatness and the fact that our country is getting bigger.

I would just make a thread on this but I wont be around to comment on it. So I rant here.

I will say this as well though. The other side on Nightline who kept going on about why the first person was wrong seemed just as nutty as the first. That seems more the rule anymore then the exception.

As a "person of size", I realize there are people who have a legitimate genetic reason for getting fat. By and large, though, a lot of people are overweight because of their own choices. I know that's my case--sedentary life style, lack of exercise, poor dietary choices. I don't think I should get special consideration because I've made poor choices.

Officially off the blu-crack for now.

I'm going to satrt catching up to Pathfinder, starting with the modules. Next month I'm dropping most of my spending cash on D1.5, D2, D3, E1, J1, J2, J3, LB1, TC1, U1, U2, W1, W2 & W3. glee!

I'm confused. You gave up something to spend that money on modules? What did you give up?

I didn't give up anything. I'm just choosing not to spend my money on blu-crack next month. And all further months until I'm completely caught up with all Golarion material.

Liberty's Edge

What's blu-crack?

Good for Moorluk! Glad you had a good V day, Solnes.

So, everybody worked up about fatness on Fat Tuesday? I'm having the last pizza right now. Sigh.

Blu-ray.

I also had to ask Urizen.

Liberty's Edge

I'm giving up soda pop.

Pepperoni...so good.

You drink sugar pop?

I'm on my semiannual "giving up soda pop" kick too.

Like a f~+*ing fish. (If by sugar pop you mean Coca Cola, Sunkist, etc...etc....)

I could give up pizza, but that's not suffering.
I could give up beer, but I rarely drink.
I could give up burgers.....I'd suffer bad, but I don't want my wife to make burgers and I say "I gave them up for Lent" and be a pain in the ass.
So soda pop it is.

Scarab Sages

Give up? You mean....surrender? NEVER!!!

I'm giving up red meat. Lets see if I can last the entirety of lent that way. oh yeah put $5 on I fall of the horse in 5 days

Liberty's Edge

Damn I want a T-bone and a Sunkist.

Can you take up stuff for Lent to substitute?

Um, hookers and blow?

You're supposed to take up stuff, actually. But not food, really. At least, not for yourself.

Damn. If I drank regular coke instead of coke zero, I'd be big as a house.

Liberty's Edge

I'm a wee bit chubby; round 210 now. 6'2" I fight at about 160 lbs.

Tried to take up running 3 months ago. 3 kids with swine flu etc....etc....I ran three times in a week and that was that.

Liberty's Edge Contributor, RPG Superstar 2012

Um, yeah, 260 at 6'1". Not so good for me.

6'2" and 220...no sugar drinks for me.

Liberty's Edge

It's my favorite sweetysweet though. My favorite.
I gave up on most things sweetysweet, but not my sarsprilla.

Liberty's Edge

Much as I enjoy a good Reese's, I consider it to be amongst the flagships of the sweetysweet milieu, I gave them up for my sodee pops.

See, I'd much rather have chocolate, pie, cake, pastries, and such then soda.

slow night...

signing out for a while

Liberty's Edge Contributor, RPG Superstar 2012

Same here, regarding the cakes, pies, etc.

For me, though, it is a lot easier to just go get a soda than it is to hunt down water. It's my mistrust of the maintenance department at my place of employment, but I'm scared of using the taps. We have a water cooler that's a little way off from my desk I'm using more often, though, so I'm getting exercise and drinking water.

naah....just had an idear.

Liberty's Edge Contributor, RPG Superstar 2012

You gonna share?

I'd drink Pellegrino or Perrier all the time if it wasn't so darned expensive.

Liberty's Edge Contributor, RPG Superstar 2012

Pardon my ignorance, but do either of those have a flavor?

I smell the brownies my wife decided to bake. <Stomach grumbles>

I looked terrible when I dropped down to 209 lbs and being at 6'2". I'm sitting fine at 230. Much better than being 420 several years ago.

When you're unemployed, you don't have a choice but have to give up certain things (un)willingly. So, despite not having to particpate, let's say that I'm giving up Netflix for longer than 40 days. *sighs*

Sorry, Urizen. :(

It's not right for a hedonist. Not right at all. I want everything, damnit.

Scarab Sages

I'm about 6' even, and have finally worked my way up to about 147 or so.

Edit: Holy Crapcakes! Top of the Page!
