I have just noticed that I have a HDMI out port on my Desktop...As soon as I have some extra cash That baby will be hooked up to the 42" screen..... Hulu in HD!!
Interestingly enough, the wife and I were just talking about this- a new desktop sometime after getting our tax returns along with a new big screen. How does hooking up a computer to a TV exactly work?

I think there is just a cord you need. And Hulu is awesome! I too want to be able to hook the laptop up to the tv for better viewing though. :D

If you have an HDMI connection and cable, you just run it from the computer to the TV. Then switch to your HDMI component on your TV to use your computer.
This can change according to how many HDMI ports you have and what other things you have connected to the TV and computer.
But, the simplest way is to run an HDMI cable from one to the other. If you have a receiver, then you could run a cable from your TV output to the receiver input and have everything in stereo. :) But, again, this all depends on just how many ports you happen to have in the back of your TV and what type they are.

Before I moved, I had my computer hooked up to my flat screen but I had to buy a small(er) one for my computer after I moved and put them in separate rooms. It sounds like you will have a good set up. :)

fairly simple. You tell the TV which input to use and you tell the computer it has a second monitor. Then drag what you want to watch to the second screen and hit play. Have a wireless mouse too. :)

Hiya Taig. You didn't miss me, kinda. I was confirming my Paizo tickets!! How awesome is that?!
Cool!
I will reserve our plane tickets later this week! Were you able to get the hotel info?
Ack!
Ok, now I am out for a bit but will check back late. I have to go back into work to help my new girl close up. :D
Bummer!

Are the roads bad where you are? I heard it got a bit messy weather-wise in Kansas.
That's good to hear.

You're a man of wealth and taste, good sir. I'm pretty sure that episode's at least partially to blame for my blatant angelophilia.
Man there are trolls everywhere lately.
That wasn't really much of a troll, you know.

Good night, Thing.
CrimJ: Home again, home gain. Jiggety-jig.
picked up A King Cake on the way hoem from work. I did not plan on stopping by the Dillons but a coworker who I have known since well elementary school needed a ride home. Then I found out that he had no food, since he got real sick a couple of weeks ago. I made him get food.

So far I haven't been notified, but they have used every monster I've sent over so far. I did ping Scott about the Flicker (Blink) Monkey and the Krenshar-pei when I sent the latest submissions. I kind of hope he'd tell me if he *didn't* intend to use them, and my guess is that, with King of the Monsters, the feature got fairly popular and they're getting a lot of submissions.

I try. Long night did not mean to come of bragging.

Do you get anything out of it when they use your monsters?
