Home from work. Got a cold and it's blocked my sinuses up to the point where I now have a massive headache. :(Shoot some scotch out of your nose.... cleared my sinuses up for months.
Neti Pot - used to pour salt water solution into one nostril and, hopefully, out the other. I sometimes follow that with a nice shot of nasal mist spray, and then maybe some Vick's vaporub.
