Order #1316627

Order#1316627, placed on December 11th 2009, has not shown up on my order history for my account. The purchase approved, and I have a pdf-print-out of the confirmation page. It also stated that I would be receiving an e-mail to the address used during the purchase detailing the order in full. I've yet to receive such an e-mail. It said it would ship within 3-6 business days, which was 7 days ago.

I'm not intending to rush, but seeing as it hasn't appeared in my order history and I've yet to receive an e-mail, I'd like to know if there's a way to check up on the order? I know it's the holiday season and everyone is rushed.

I've bolded the important bits. :)

Your order was placed using the other email address and Paizo profile that we have on file for you. The one from the "embarqmail" domain. Your confirmation email/order history/everything is associated with that email address and that Paizo profile.

I will happily merge the two accounts (in fact, we prefer that everyone only have one account for just this reason). Please just let me know which one should be the primary account and which one should go away. You won't lose any order history or downloads or anything. But the merged email address will go away completely.

Thanks for the help. I think the embarqmail service is a bit buggy. It seems it is failing to receive a number of e-mails from other services too. If it would help you out, please feel free to merge it with my hotmail address (the one associated with my user account).

I was just making sure that the order had been received ok, and that nothing was wrong anywhere. Thank you again for all your help, and have a Merry Christmas (or holiday of your choice)! ^-^
