Hmm...

It's hard to say with a package going to your country in particular. It actually isn't unheard-of for packages to take this long. however, given that it has been this long, I will put replacements in with your next subscription shipment.

I know, it is not the first time. I only complain when the next shipment is received and the one before still didn´t.
If it actually appear i will send a notice. If the replacement can be canceled, ok. If not, i will dutyfully buy the extrabooks (the demand here for Paizo products is so great that it´s not hard for me to re-sell it or something).

Again, i am very grateful Cosmos. if weren´t for your super customer service i would not risk causing so much trouble everytime. I don´t know if someone ever liked the book i sended last year, but next time i want to send something from Brazil. Really thanks.

I hope you can still cancel the replacement itens Cosmos. if you can´t i´ll pay for them. Please, cancel even the still missing book, i have renewed hope that it still can get here. I by the time i receive the next order it is still missing, i ll post here.
