Hi,
I want to know how to calculate the price for a +1 flaming longword. According to me, it costs :
15 gp (for the longsword) + 300gp (for masterwork) + 2000 gp (for a +1 enchantment) + 2000gp (for the Flaming) = 4315gp, is it right ?
close... The flaming will cost 6000gp, the difference between a +1 and +2 equivalent weapon, for a grand total of 8315gp.

Certainly, the weapon must of course be at least +1 in order to have been enchanted with special qualities such as flaming which is a +1 equivalent. Thus a +1 flaming longsword would be equivalently a +2 enchantment which costs 8000gp.
Edit: each special quality has a +# associated with it. And of course there is also the basic +# to attack and damage. You essentially mix and match these to a maximum equivalent bonus of +10. thus you could pick a +3 bons to attack and damage, add flaming and acid and have an equivalent +5 weapon. +3 to attack and damage and fire and acid each counting as an additional +1 to find the enchantment cost. Which for a +5 weapon would be 50,000gp.

Minor Medium Major Weapon Bonus Base Price
01–70 01–10 — +1 2,000 gp71–85 11–29 — +2 8,000 gp
— 30–58 01–20 +3 18,000 gp
— 59–62 21–38 +4 32,000 gp
— — 39–49 +5 50,000 gp
A +1 weapon with a +1 enchantment = +2 for the purpose of pricing the weapon.
As you can see from the chart a +2 weapon is 8000 gp
As you can also see a +1 weapon is 2000 gp
When upgrading a weapon you subtract the current weapon enchantment from the desired enchantment to get the price.
8000-2000=6000
If you were going from a +1 to a +5 the price would be 48000.
Edit: I could not get the chart to line up but it is here
