Running Win7 Professional x64, had the same error as the others about the missing file. Followed the link to the provided file (richx32.ocx, downloaded said file and placed it in the directory where I installed the program as well as windows/System32 and its working. Gonna play around with this now!

Thanks for letting me know.

Update time.

The program now has the ability to print the first page of the character sheet. To see the full details visit my blog at http://hyperlance.blogspot.com/.

Oh and I do appreciate any feedback you have.

Hi All, another Update to the application - click menu's. I have also put in a system to allow the demo to be unlocked. To see the full details visit my blog at http://hyperlance.blogspot.com/.

I have also been informed that the last demo fixed the issue with installing on vista machines which I'm via pleased off.

Update time!. To see the full details visit my blog at http://hyperlance.blogspot.com/ otherwise you can be download it at http://www.box.net/shared/cm9hxm3nrs.

I've be implementing a new upgrade procedure for the application soon, so hopefully this will be last time you will be required to uninstall the application and install this one. Thus i've dubbed this release v1.3.1 (Alpha). It will still be set into demostration mode, and the unlock key entered to remove the 6 level limit on characters, so let me know if you wish to be an alpha tester.

Just found this! Awesome! Nice work!

PC sorry fray. I'm not a big mac believer.

Too bad ...

One of the players in my group had a mac system called Gee's Quest or something, perhaps you can look at that for your mac, but in the mean time this is PC only. I'll put on my list to see if I can do a Mac version though as I can understand more and more users using macs now.

Hi, l was wondering could you send me a unlock key ^^ please

Finally, another update to the the application. This time the application is now called CCP (Character Creation Program) - Pathfinder RPG Edition.

You will find some new goodies in there excluding two new pages printable pages, prestige classes access and a bunch of bug fixes.

You can either download the fresh installation at http://www.box.net/shared/lqt1dd3he8, or download the following zip at http://www.box.net/shared/ag8stv4uz5 and extract that into your current directory. You will need to run the new CCP.exe instead of the old Charsheet.exe, and all your existing settings should stay the same.

I got an error: "Critical Error. The Preferences file is invalid or missing. Application will terminate"

The link that is generated on the desktop dose not have a value for the 'Start in' property. Put 'C:\Program Files\CCP' in that box and the shortcut shoould work.

Issue: Changing screens before saving will wipe out all attributes. I set a couple of attributes, changed to the Description screen, then flipped back to the Race & Attribute screen and all the values were set to 10.

Also, I believe that EVE Online installs into Program Files/CCP so there might be a conflict there. You should always, always, ALWAYS install to Program Files/[Company Name]/[Product Name]

Thanks guys, I'll look into that.

I'm uploading a new setup exe now. That contains the new destination path and also a working directy for the icons.

Otherwise let me know of any problems you have in the app.

Well it installed just fine, but I'm getting "Programming error. .... vfpencryption71.fll is invalid"

I forgot to mention I'm using Windows XP SP3

Hi All,

Well it has been sometime since any update from me on this. Basically when the APG came out with all the extra options, it put me off coding all those.

But now I'm decided to do some reworking on this and not and try and be as tricky with automating "everything as I can", but making it more flexible and automating "what I can".

So with that said if anyone has any suggestions on what they like to see changed such as size, layout or anything, let me know and I'll put that with my list of ideas that I am coming up with.

Totally bookmarked ;)
