Day 29 after the Rise of the Zombies

First hard frost last night. Zombies are getting slower. Robby flew the hovercraft 5' off the ground and decapitated several of them. It's a good thing. Their heads really bounce. There's a sport in this somewhere.

I thought he was just a bad driver.

Great, now I can read leet as fast as English. If that's not a useful allocation of mental resources, I don't know what is.

No doubt. I can't write it but I can read it. I should be taking up a real language instead.

Forgive me for sounding like a caveman grognard, but what is leet? Is that the stuff KC has been typing? Hell, I thought he'd just had a brain fart or something...

I'm not sure, but it seems you're calling Teter a what?!? An "ignorant..."

Whoa, I don't think I'll repeat anymore of that. Wow, that's pretty harsh. I hope Teter doesn't know this leet crap, cause if he translates it, he might take it the wrong way and go after KC...

GRUE
Initiative Better than yours
AC N/A
HP N/A

Light Weakness Exposed to any form of bright light the Grue must flee into the darkness or otherwise avoid the source.

Devour Anything that enters a dark area where a Grue resides is swiftly eaten. There is no save, the Grue automatically hits and succeeds on its combat maneuver checks to swallow the foe whole, and the victim cannot cut himself free of the Grue's stomach in any manner.

I'd have thought that your zombie problem would have frozen solid by now. My kids are already hard at work packing them in snow.

Little known zombie fact: The snowman was originally invented as a way to conceal those unsightly frozen zombie bodies until the next regular pick up day. They are usually decorated in a bright scarf and hat to get the pick-up crew's attention. The carrot nose is a holdover from when zombie pick-up teams used horse-drawn sleds. The coal eyes and buttons were a token payment for the incinerator facilities.

Also: The song "Frosty the Snowman" is a based loosly on an article from Winnipeg, where a zombie thawed out and reanimated during an unseasonal warm period. The original tale was far bloodier and ended in decapitation.

Boy, you're just full of Canadianna today! I didn't know that about Frosty. Yes, the zombies have frozen solid, which makes them much easier to avoid. They're really hard on the snowblower though. I'm using a

Troy-Bilt Storm 3090 XP but have found that the arms often jam up the works, getting stuck between the blades. What brand do you use?

When it snows, the familty enjoys making the snowmen, but if it's too powdery, I use a Yardworks 20V (6Ah) / 10-in Lithium-ion Chainsaw to chop them up into manageable chunks and then put them into Hero Garbage Brown Paper Bags for pickup. It's eco friendly because the bags are biodegradable and the chainsaw can be recharged with solar or wind generators.

Wouldn't that just infect the gators?

While the concept of zombie gators is awesome, the zombie virus needs to be transferred by a bite. Also, reptiles have a higher acid content to their digestive juices, which kills just about any pathogens the consume (that's why they can eat carrion without getting sick).

For decades, the tribe fed their still living enemies to this alligator of monstrous proportions. When they fed their undead enemies to it, something went terribly wrong.

Quick Strikes (Ex): Whenever a fast zombie takes a full-attack action, it can make one additional slam attack at its highest base attack bonus.

What to do with this? Does a crocodile zombie maintain some bonus to swim on account of it having a swim speed? Does the fast variant increase its swim speed by 10 as well as land speed?
