There was no real warning when the pdfs of the remaining Necromancer 3.5 adventures went on sale. I think Clark might just be keeping his hand close to his chest until things are really ready to announce. After the loud support for 4e turned out to be a lot of hype for nothing, he may be waiting until he's got sure things he can get people excited about. Of course, that's just my guess.

The Tomb books are 3.0 and/or 3.5 books.
By this are you saying they are currently being updated by S&S?
Is S&S = Necromancer Games?
Who is Clark?
S&S stands for Sword and Sorcery (It is the Dungeons and Dragons line run by White Wolf for 3.0/3.5). Necromancer Games published some books through them. Clark Peterson is one of the guys who owns Necromancer Games.

On the necro boards things are still quiet about this. But I think it is less and less likely to happen. For the simple reason some of the ToH mobs have already appeared in AP's and bestiary already and likely more in the second one. Which paizo said in another thread has pretty much already been decided what mobs would be in it.
Now a ToH that takes the best monsters from all 3 volumes, that is not already covered by Paizo. I think is a lot more possible.

That would be a worth the purchase as would a Pathfinder version of the Worst of Grimtooth.

I'm afraid that Clark missed the boat on this one. First he supported the 4e, then the whole GSL debacle came about, but Necro waited patiently for the updated license.
After it arrived, they tried to start a "Classic 4e" line with old-school stuff updated to new rules. It became quickly apparent that the idea is going nowhere, as first few preview rules were ripped apart by 4e crunch specialists on Necro forums.
If Clark would devote all his energy spent on vocal 4e support and he would just get on to writing Pathfinder Tome of Horrors, he would have a massive hit on his hands. A great shame, since Necromancer used to be one of my favourite 3.5 3pps.

Since RPG design isn't Clark's primary career, it may also be the case that he is simply too busy or not motivated enough by the current market to dedicate the time to releasing anything else. The last three books to come out were pdf only and were basically completed long before then anyway (from what I understand). I'm sure we'll see Clark and Necro again in the future, but it doesn't look like RPG design is a huge priority for him at the moment.

Frog God Games must have purchased the series because in August 2011 they are releasing 'The Tome of Horrors Complete' a 1000 page massive hardcover with all the monsters from Volumes 1, 2 & 3 for the Pathfinder rules (and the same book is available separately using the rules for the Sword & Sorcery rpg..an old school circa 1974 D&D clone).

Frog God Games did not purchase the series.
Some facts for the folks who don't know.
Necromancer Games is owned by Clarke Peterson AND Bill Webb.
Frog God Games is owned by Bill Webb.
Tome of Horrors Complete is being put out as a Necromancer Games book through Frog God Games.
No rights were bought out, this isn't a secondary company glomming on the old successes. Clark is also involved in this endeavor as well (as he should be).
Necromancer Games has two successors: Frog God Games and Legendary Games.

I always hate to see the marginalization of one person's contributions simply because another for some reason becomes more famous. Another couple of good examples would be Dave Arneson and everyone who ever worked at Marvel Comics that wasn't named Stan Lee.
