Sorcerers and scrolls

Rules Questions

Are sorcerers somehow restricted in the use of scrolls? Must they always use Use Magic Device even for scrolls they themselves wrote?

I have a sorcerer with the Scribe Scroll feat. Do I have to make a skill check to use it using Use Magic Device?

If you are high enough level to cast a spell and it is on your class list you can cast it without any chance of failure. If you are too low you need to make a caster level check. If the spell is from another class you need to make a Use Magic Device check.

Sovereign Court

A sorcerer should have no trouble casting a scroll containing a spell that's on the sorcerer/wizard spell list (well with the exception of a few of the wizards only spells, but those don't do anything for sorcerers anyway) the same as any other class that can cast spells from scrolls.

You still have to use read magic or make the proper skill check to know what's on the scroll of course, but a few scrolls area great way to round out your more 'limited' spell selection available to cast yourself.
