Hi Paizo Customer Service boys and girls,

I sent an email about a shipping issue with this order a few weeks ago (around the time of your move) and was wondering if anyone had a chance to look at it at all. It's not a major issue, but I just wanted to see what the story was on the shipping charge. The full story is in the email, but basically just wanted to check everything had worked properly.

Er...?

We have actually worked through the Customer Service email backlog created from the move. I apologize, but I looked through my records and I do not have an email from you (or rather, not from the email address associated with your profile/order), nor anything about this order (specifically any email containing the order number "1214964"). Could you please resend the email, or just let me know your question?

oooops... I totally forgot about this! I've re-sent the e-mail just now, since I don't seem to be doing very well at remembering to check this forum. E-mail was sent to customer.service@paizo.com which I hope is the correct address.

Hopefully it makes it past the gremlins this time. :)
