What's the save DC, I'm going for a swim.

Swim 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19

Ref save 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19

Post eating monster.

Swimmers face a Reflex save DC13 vs an aquatic Entangle.
Swimmers also face a Reflex save DC15 to cross the channel in slack currents.
Swimmers unable to see must make a Reflex save DC 14 to avoid sticking themselves on the spines of some random sea urchin.

Assuming I can use that swim check as a reflex save as it is the same as my reflex, I have one more save to make.

Reflex save 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13

or not.

Sorry, that middle one was supposed to be a Swim check, not a Reflex save.

Bryson sticks himself on some sea urchin spines for 1d3 ⇒ 1 damage and must make a Fort save DC11 or Nausea for 1 minute. Place yourself on a channel edge hex.

I'd like to be in I,10

You see Dgrim dragging the undead grappling him back a few steps by main strength.

Hungry Dead 3 tries to grapple/bite Dgrim; but is blocked by the wall and the other undead.

Hungry Dead 4, horribly injured by Ravtahl's great axe when it came back to his hand, tries to bite Ravtahl again.
Bite: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19--Hit.
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
.
Hungry Dead 7, grappling Dgrim, tries to bite Dgrim again.
Grapple/Bite: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19--Hit.
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
.
Hungry Dead 6 tries to bite Dgrim.
Bite: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24--Hit.
Critical confirm? 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15--Not confirmed.
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8

Clearly; the dice roller wants Dgrim dead.

Dgrim collapses into the shallow water, bleeding out.

Ignoring the zombies, Ghirrak grabs a hold od Dgrim, dragging him back towards Annie.

Female Human Cleric 6 {HP: 37 /37 AC: 21}

Annie calls upon Cayden Cailean for aid again, but this time invokes his blessing to heal her allies rather than harm her enemies.

Channel Energy (Healing): 1d6 ⇒ 6

Ghirrak, seeing Dgrim go down in the water, [and having a standard action available] snags him by an arm and pulls him back to the wall underwater.
About this time, Jon kills the Hungry Dead #5 who splashes into the water about the same place that Dgrim fell.
The Hungry Dead #3, 6 & 7, must make a Will save DC15 or stop and eat their kill.
#3-Will save: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (16) + 0 = 16
#6-Will save: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (14) + 0 = 14
#7-Will save: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (14) + 0 = 14
#6 & #7, having failed, mistake #5 for Dgrim and will spend all of round 3 ripping the flesh off of it and gulping it down. They will be flat footed and unable to make attacks of opportunity until they realize the mistake and snap out of it. #3 seems to realize what happend and looks like it's going to attack Ghirrak.

I assume that Bindlplotz, not liking to move in neck deep water and not having a reach weapon until he reloads, grabs Dgrim and takes him to Annie.

Gull Street Annie--20 X

Spinnaker Jon------9
Bryson-------------8
Bindlplotz---------7

Veldimar Krund wades through the water towards, targeting the fighter Ravtahl.
"DESPAIR." He intones, casting an obvious Cause Fear.
Ravtahl, you are automatically shaken and must make a Will save DC14 to resist worse effects.

Male Half-Orc Wizard 2

Ravtahl basked in the healing energy and barked at the ringleader of this undead fiasco. "Mark it, charlatan! This is what a true priestess looks like. " He inclined his head toward Annie and slammed his greataxe into the animated corpse harassing him.

Attack:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17 for 1d12 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12 damage
Spellcraft:1d20 + 9 ⇒ (6) + 9 = 15
Will Save:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13, +1 on saves against fear.

"You have no power over me, fool. I am rage incarnate, the son of She Who Walks With Demons!"

Ravtahl hacks down Hungry Dead #4.

Ghirrak, you're up!

Bindlplotz will take a shot at the big nasty.

1d20 ⇒ 11 +6 = 17 - whatever modifiers apply
4d6 - 2 ⇒ (5, 1, 4, 5) - 2 = 13

Bindlplotz:
Remember you obliterated zombie #2 in round 1 and haven't had a chance to reload yet?

Also, if this GURPs firearms set is uncomfortable, I have two others ready to hand.
One is from the Tome of Secrets and intended for Pathfinder; the other is from Louis Porter Design.
By way of comparison:
Tome of Secrets--Small musket 2d4 damage, 1 full round act to reload.
Louis Porter Black Powder--Small musket 1d10 dam, 2 full round act to reload.
If you want to use one of the alternate rule sets, just bear in mind while they're faster, they are weaker in power.

Ghirrak again launches himself into a a series of tumbling flips breezing past the slow witted walking dead to drive a foot into the spellcaster

Tumble1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Attack1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14+2 if charge applies

Damage1d6 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

"ENOUGH!"

Veldimar Krund, protected spell and undeath, just stands there and takes the flying kick. He stands there grinning, entirely undamaged.
Reflex save: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (11) + 0 = 11

However, unfortunately positioned as he was on the lip of the deep channel, he stumbles backward and falls in the water and disappears in the current.

All the better as it means he won't be in melée when my axe finds him next round, assuming he rises from the water

Male Dwarf Shielded Fighter 5

Dgrim lies unconscious on the floor.

Psst, Dgrim! Didn't Annie do a 6 point healing burst?

Male Dwarf Shielded Fighter 5

I have myself at -3 HP and stable condition after Annie's healing burst.

Female Human Cleric 6 {HP: 37 /37 AC: 21}

Annie danced around her friends to get to the fore of battle, her feet again aided by Cayden Cailean's travelling graces. Dgrim was obviously still horribly injured, and with the mad creature controlling them reeling into the quick flowing water, she had some breathing space to help them more. This position would also afford her a better postion to attack from if necessary as well.

She called on Cayden Cailean to heal her friends again.

Another use of Agile Steps, and Annie moves to M-11. She uses another channel positive energy to heal her friends: 1d6 ⇒ 4

Half Fiend Half Elf Druid 8| HP 94/94| AC 22 (25), FF 19 (22), Touch 14| Fo +10 Re +5 Wi +12; SR 20| Init +3| Percep +23, Darkvision 60', Low-Light Vision| Wildshape 3/3, Destructive Smite 9/9

Bryson moves up to the undead monstrosity (J10) and strikes it with his enchanted club.

Shillelagh 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18 Damage 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (6, 4) + 3 = 13

I assume Sneaky will splash up to #7, flank him as best he can and sneak attack it.

Shortsword 1: 1d20 + 4 - 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 - 4 = 17 --Hit.
Damage: 1d6 + 2 + 1d6 ⇒ (3) + 2 + (4) = 9

Shortsword 2: 1d20 + 4 - 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 - 4 = 11 --Miss.

Hungry Dead 6 & 7 are preoccupied spitting out undead corpse this round; #3 chases after Ghirrak and attacks.

Attack on Ghirrak.
Bite: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

Sneaky takes an attack of opportunity on #3.
Shortsword 1: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7

Bryson's attack on #7, despite it's damage resistance versus blunt weapons, utterly pulverizes the undead. There is nothing recognizable as humanoid left of it.

Bindlplotz:
Bindlplotz? Are you reloading or bayoneting someone?

Here is the current situation.

Male Dwarf Shielded Fighter 5

Dgrim grabs his waraxe and stands up, taking a moment to regain his composure.

Nope, don't remember as I was trying to get put down, guess you finished that for me...cool...I dislike fast reloads, because even the best trained reloaders in the the world still took 30 seconds or so to reload a musket...

I gotta get that Arqubusier class to you for you to review...I'll put it on my flickr at some point. or I can email it to you.

do you have access to Iron Kingdoms?

Here is the current situation.

Reloading...

Veldimar Krund erupts out of the water, his eyes glowing with unholy fire.
"I have had ENOUGH! In DEMOGORGON'S name you will DIE!"
With that he raises his hand; you feel the life gush out of your body as an unholy burst of negative energy floods from his body (Out to a limit of 30 feet. (Only Dgrim and Annie are out of the area of effect.))

Unholy energy burst: 2d6 ⇒ (2, 5) = 7 negative energy damage.
Will save DC15 for half damage.

Even worse than that, the Hungry dead seem... healed from the damage you have given them so far...

Click here to see the situation on Round 4, phase 15.

Spinnaker Jon stumbles and almost falls.

Female Human Cleric 6 {HP: 37 /37 AC: 21}

Annie steps to L-10. Can she see Veldimar?

Half Fiend Half Elf Druid 8| HP 94/94| AC 22 (25), FF 19 (22), Touch 14| Fo +10 Re +5 Wi +12; SR 20| Init +3| Percep +23, Darkvision 60', Low-Light Vision| Wildshape 3/3, Destructive Smite 9/9

Will Save 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8

Bryson moves to attack another of the zombies and swings his magical club
Shillelagh 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5 Damage 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (6, 6) + 3 = 15

What a waste

Annie: Yes, at L-10 Annie has line of sight on Veldimar Krund. And now he has it on you.

Bryson: Please confirm the Fumble threat.

Male Dwarf Shielded Fighter 5

Dgrim hustles over to (K-11) and attack undead #3.

Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
Damage: 1d10 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7

Half Fiend Half Elf Druid 8| HP 94/94| AC 22 (25), FF 19 (22), Touch 14| Fo +10 Re +5 Wi +12; SR 20| Init +3| Percep +23, Darkvision 60', Low-Light Vision| Wildshape 3/3, Destructive Smite 9/9

Confirm Fumble 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19

Female Human Cleric 6 {HP: 37 /37 AC: 21}

Annie murmurs a prayer to Cayden Cailean and drops one of her enchanted stones into Bryson's sling, the swings it around her head a few times and looses it at the undead that mentioned such an accursed name.

Sling Attack: +2 dex +1 BaB +1 morale (bless) +1 enhancement (spell) +1 competence (bard song) = 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Damage: 1d6 +1 enhancement x 2 (vs undead only) +1 competence (bard song) = 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (6, 3) + 3 = 12

Annie gulped as she shakily got the second stone ready in the sling. She couldn't keep her friends alive through this foul creature's life draining attacks. "Our only chance is to take that foul creature down quickly!" she called out.

Knowledge: Religion DC20:
:
You realize this creature is an undead monster known as a Huecuva. It's touch brings something called a Huecuva blight; a filthy and dangerous disease. You also realize the only weapons capable of really hurting it are made of silver.

Will Save: 1d20 ⇒ 7 +2=9 FAIL!

Bidlplotz (how much had I been healed earlier?) I'm showing I was at 8 Hp...so, he'll gimp around the corner...with 1 HP

Female Human Cleric 6 {HP: 37 /37 AC: 21}

Knowledge Religion:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20

Whew! Close one!

Spoiler:
As in it is immune to all damage not caused by silver weapons? I don't believe we have any silver weapons.... Or does it have damage reduction?
