Toughness Multiple Times?

Rules Questions

Can you take the Toughness feat more than once?

If not, would it be unbalancing if there were a 3 feat toughness chain (each one doing the same thing as toughness)? Would a 5 feat toughness chain be unbalancing?

Given that there are paragraphs about stacking in some feats, and there's no such paragraph in Toughness, I understand that you cannot stack it anymore.

It seems that technically, you could take Toughness as many times as you like, but only the first one gives you any bonus hit points.

You can only take a feat multiple times if the feat says that it allows this. Toughness does not anymore, so it can only be taken a single time.
