Best of luck, Mairkurion!

Aaaand, that's a first for the two threads. 40,000 posts and we've never had a post removed for being offensive. Several of us have tried very hard to accomplish that too. Amazing.

And I wanna know who posted something like that on our thread, so I can take this thread, slap a spit shine on it, turn it sideways and shove it straight the jabroni's candy a##!.

Yes I'm back. :D

I'm glad you had an enjoyable day before Thanksgiving. Now, what are you going to eat tomorrow, since you had all the good stuff tonight?

Thanksgiving with my mom. More good stuff! :D

I'm gonna have to remember to peel the sweet potatoes tonight. It always takes so long, and I'm gonna be cutting the time pretty close to get them cooked in the crockpot before I have to leave to drive to where I'm having dinner as it is.

Best Thanksgiving at my moms in years!! We had a blast!
Highlight of the day.... Sweet Potato balls. We took 4 big sweet potatos, roasted them, and let them cool. Once they were cool we mashed em up with some brown sugar and cinnamin. Than you make lil balls out of em with a marshmallow in the middle. After that you roll em around in coconut and walnuts. Then toast em for about 15-20 min. Soooooo dang good!! It was like dessert!! :D

I really wanted to, but the wife had words about eating certain kinds of food at certain times of night and weight gain and getting older and ... sigh. I had a little bowl of leftovers and a pickle. :(

Well, at least it didn't lead to Cabin Fever.

~tight, satisfied smile~ Well now. It is amazing what going slightly berzerk will do to show someone just how serious you are. I doubt he will do that again. ~grins~ Plus, we cleared the air between us. He now knows just how serious I am. No Drinking. Ever. If I thought he could handle it... But a potential alcoholic has no buisness being around that stuff. I have given him one more chance. I think he is scared enough of me to never cross me on that again.

Loud voice..check, bulging blood vessels..check, frothing at the mouth..check, Louisville slugger..check, car battery..check, testicular clamps..check, rope..check, no witnessess..check, DVD player..check, Twilight movie..check.

That sounds like the ultimate torture kit right there, make sure he knows you mean business.

Thought you might like that addition, I was thinking of putting Twilight book series, but that would be torture for the reader as well, unless you could find it book on tape/disk.

Morning all. Sorry to hear about your issues Sharoth. I have just gone through a similar type of thing, unfortunately mine didn't turn out very well. Of course I was several warnings further down the frustration line than you. :(

Some people can't grab the life preserver. Especially when no one's taught them to swim.

Congrats Mairkurion on finding a potential career-type employment! I have both paws crossed for you!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving, surrounded by friends and family. Stuff your face, ask for seconds, drowse during the football games and listen to Uncle Eddie's boring stories.

Wow Sharoth. Sorry to hear that. I was really hoping it would work out.

Edit: I see you laid down the law. Good for you. I hope that does the job.

A sign that I spend too much time on these boards:

My wife turned on the Thanksgiving parade, and they had the cast from "Hair" singing "Aquarius". My brain decided to substitute "Mairkurion" in.
