I should have two orders 1140979 and 1217626

Dark Archive

I'm kinda wondering the same thing about order number 1214614. I'm just hoping to have it in my hands by the 15th of August when I have my next session. Yes, I know I'm impatient. My wife lets me know that all the itme.

I understand...I'm hoping the same thing.

THe other thing that scares me is I don't know where to confirm my order as its not showing up under pre-ordered...though CS did confirm it

We are shipping all subscription and preordered RPG Hardcovers with the goal that they will reach your address as close to August 13th as possible. Your books are in queue and should be shipping this week with that goal in mind.

Thanks,

Thanks Cosmo. My players have been harassing me about it for a month now.

On that end, if we've got an order scheduled (not just this coming one necessarily) and we decide we want to add something else to it, what's the latest date before the order ships that we can toss something in?

Not that I'm wanting to do that this second, mind you, but I might, and I was wondering how far ahead of a scheduled order you can add something to combine shipping.

For subscription orders, you can add things right up until you get the "we're preparing to charge your card" e-mail without affecting the shipping time at all.

After that, you have up until the "your order is shipping" e-mail to make changes... but if you add in a product that isn't in our warehouse, that will delay the shipment until the item arrives. And if you make *any* changes on the day that we would have shipped it, even by adding an in-stock item, there's a pretty good chance that that will delay your order by at least a day.

Bottom line: you can add stuff right until we ship, but the sooner the better.

Does this mean I could bump my order up to UPS - I have yet to get either email.

Dependent upon your status- probably not... I tried to make the same change (to UPS), but the Pathfinder RPG orders have processed already, it seems, and the shipping can't be changed.

I got the same thing, and I was sent an email with a "scheduled" ship date of Tuesday the 11th...

Oh well...

-That One Digitalelf Fellow-

Well, I have not even got a scheduled to ship email yet.Beginning to wonder...

Don't feel bad. Neither have I. It says 'pending' on the order history page, and I have had email telling me the other subs are shipping soon, but not this one.

I reckon that one should come in a few days. The waiting is a bit hard though. :)

I have the same thing, and I'm more than a little puzzled by that. It takes five days through UPS to my shipments from Paizo. Unless it's on the road tomorrow I'm not going to have it by the 13th. And that might make me cry just a little.

me too and mine takes 6-10 days for delivery.

11 + (6 to 10) = 17 to 21st

but if it went out on the 7th when the message was sent it would arrive 13th-17th-- which would make sense.

(at least I now have the PDF lurking in my downloads)

• All of the emails say the 11th, as that is the last date that any package is expected to ship. Most packages will ship long before that date.

• If you got confirmation on only part of your order, this is because we split your order into more than one box to save you on shipping fees. In many cases, this involved international priority shipments that would have been so large that they would have been weight-based instead of flat-rate; in that circumstance, splitting packages could have easily saved folks $30-40 in shipping fees. The second part of the order should not be far behind.

• If you got your e-mail and PDFs on Tuesday, you were going through an automated queue and your package will be (or has already been) dropped into the post on the appropriate day for your destination.

• If you got your e-mail anytime after Tuesday, you package was posted before you got the e-mail.

• If you haven't got your e-mail yet, we'll ship your package soon.

Got my shipment notice this evening. :) Not terribly long ago.

Thanks!

Vic, Jeff and myself spent much of this evening picking, packing and shipping Pathfinder RPG orders. As you can guess, there is quite a LARGE stack of orders to deal with for this subscription run. We are having to handle many more of the subs by hand because of the size of the RPG book. One other problem is that we needed to use the long customs form for international shipments because of the weight of the boxes, which takes us about 4 times as long to ship a box. All this has meant that it has taken us a bunch longer to ship than we ever thought it would take. Which is why Jeff, Vic and myself were here late tonight shipping the boxes (I just got up here to my office and it is 9:37 PM!).

We will continue to work as hard and long as we can to get these books out the door. Bear with us as we tackle this massive job. We are doing our best to get everyone their books as quickly as possible and with a packing job that will ensure that your package arrives in the best shape it can. We are using foam corners to protect the books and lots of peanuts, but this takes longer to box. All in all, we are doing our best. Thanks for your patience!

Hope things remain calm up there!

Thanks Vic & Lisa for the response. I understand. I apologise if I sounded snippy
