Hello,

I ordered this and it stated it went out July 10th. Yet I have not received it yet. Can we check into this and see if it arrived? I did not notice a tracking number for it. I guess I may not have sent it UPS but is there a possible way to track the shippment?


Unfortunately, we can only track orders shipped via UPS.

Your order is indeed late at this point. However, there's a good chance it's still on its way to you, or being returned to us because it couldn't be delivered. I'd say give it just one more week, and if it still hasn't arrived, let us know. We'll notify you if it gets returned to us. In the meanwhile, please double check the address on the order in your Order History.

Thank you I did check the address and it was correct. My mistake I thought the priority mail for some reason you could track. Guess I should make certain to ship UPS each time. That will teach me. Any suggestions on what I can do to try and find it Or just patience?

Unfortunately, we don't have very many suggestions except to see if it shows up. You can try checking with your post office to see if they're holding a package for you or if they have any suggestions.

I still have not seen nor heard of my order. What can be done?
