Hey guys,

I have read in the FAQ that UPS shipments can be tracked. How can I do it?

Thanks for the reply!

I have another question though. The last e-mail I received concerning this order was sent to me on July the 7th. It informed me that the 3 items were "about to ship", with an estimate of 6 to 10 business days in transit. However, no tracking number was included. Does that mean that my order did not ship yet, or am I getting this wrong ?

Sounds to me like it got sent USPS. Check the order under the Order History in My Account. It will indicate how it was sent.

What IconoclasticScream is saying is to check which shipping method you chose, USPS doesn't offer package tracking, while UPS does. If it shipped on the 7th as you say, it has only been 7 days in transit (left the warehouse on the 8th, and it's business days so don't count Sat or Sun) so it could show up as late as Wednesday and still be on time.
