There have been lots of similar threads, but let's stop dancing arround what we really want to be thinking about.

Who are the most beaudacious babes in all of Fantasy & Science Fiction?

I will start a list of candidates:
1) Thaíne

Spoiler:
Thorne glanced up at the girl. She was looking out across the marsh and did not notice that he had opened his eyes. By any standard she was beautiful, with her slightly tip-tilted nose, her glossy black hair, and her dark brown eyes shaded by long curling lashes. Though she was small and slender she was undoubtedly athletic. The sun and wind had put a healthy glow in her cheeks and coated her velvety skin with a wholesome tan. Her sole articles of apparel were a narrow band of soft leather which encased her small, firm breasts, a cincture of the same material about her smooth, tanned thighs, and the belt from which her sword, dagger, and mace were suspended.

2) Bêlit

Spoiler:
She was slender, yet formed like a goddess: at once lithe and voluptuous. Her only garment was a broad silken girdle. Her white ivory limbs and the ivory globes of her breasts drove a beat of fierce passion through the Cimmerian's pulse, even in the panting fury of battle. Her rich black hair, black as a Stygian night, fell in rippling burnished clusters down her supple back. Her dark eyes burned on the Cimmerian.

She was untamed as a desert wind, supple and dangerous as a she-panther. She came close to him, heedless of his great blade, dripping with the blood of her warriors. Her supple thigh brushed against it, so close she came to the tall warrior. Her red lips parted as she stared up into his somber menacing eyes.

3) Dejah Thoris

Spoiler:
And the sight which met my eyes was that of a slender girlish figure, similar in every detail to the earthly women of my past life. She did not see me at first, but just as she was disappearing through the portal of the building which was to be her prison she turned, and her eyes met mine. Her face was oval and beautiful in the extreme, her every feature was finely chiseled and exquisite, her eyes large and lustrous and her head surmounted by a mass of coal black, waving hair, caught loosely into a strange yet becoming coiffure. Her skin was of a light reddish copper color, against which the crimson glow of her cheeks and the ruby of her beautifully molded lips shown with a strangely enhancing effect.

She was as destitute of clothes as the green Martians who accompanied her; indeed, save for her highly wrought ornaments she was entirely naked, nor could any apparel have enhanced the beauty of her perfect and symmetrical figure.

Now who else can we add to round out the list? :)
Remember to include what sourse she comes from, so others can find her!

Well, you didn't specify whether it was only from books or if other media could be included, so:

As a child of the '80s, I have to say Colonel Wilma Dearing was pretty hot.

Well I'm a big fan of Starbuck from the Battlestar Galactica remake...

EDIT: or maybe it's just Katee Sackhoff, 'cause I'm also pretty fond of Sarah Corvus from the Bionic Woman remake as well...

Going with the Tv/Movie Media..

Claudia Black..Stargate (Vala Mal Doran), Farscape (Aeryn Sun), Pitch Black (Sharon Montgomery)

Does Megan Fox (Mikaela Banes) from Transformers Count?

I'll add Xena (Lucy Lawless), because leather is a wonderful thing.

And Alice (Milla Jovovich) from the Resident Evil movies, because genetically-altered zombie-slaying women are a major turn-on, especially with psychic powers.

Holywood Wrong!

1. Rayne from Bloodrayne.

2. Megan Fox from Transformers.

3. Jolene Blalock from Enterprise.

4. Zoe Saldana from Star Trek (2009).

5. Aki from Final Fantasy: The Spirts Within.

Liberty's Edge

LiLu, from The Fifth Element.

Cara, the Mord Sith from The Sword of Truth series. Much hotter than Kahlen.

Birgitta Silverbow, from the Wheel of Time series. Not only is she a hottie, but the she's the only female character in the whole series that ISN'T a bossy, nosy, pushy, know-it-all pain-in-the-@$$!

Danaerys, from Song of Ice and Fire series.

Tika Waylan, from the Dragonlance books. Too bad she gets saddled with Caramon, the fat smelly drunk for a few years.

Kaylee, from Firefly...and all the other chicks on that crew. Wouldn't kick 'a one of 'um outta my bunk. That might even include the con-artist girl from the "Mrs. Reynolds" episode, too.

And just to be annoying, let me add one from video games: Lulu, from Final Fantasy X. Got to have goth black mages. Especially with that voice and those huge tracts of land!

I'm a Richard Cypher fan myself... It sure isn't the quality writing that keeps me tuning in week after week.

I now return this thread to its regularly scheduled female-ogling.

That said, Michelle Pfeiffer, for Ladyhawke and Batman Returns. :)

I like the show, But the IMO terrible acting by the guy that plays Richard is what makes me cringe sometime when I watch it.

Edith Massey... for her role in John Waters' Desperate Living (which featured a fairy tale style land... thus making it sorta fantasy)

Go Edith... Woooo hoo!

Ah, Jadzia. Sexiest Trek femme, ever, IMO.

Intendent Kira, from the DS9 Mirror Universe, was tres hot, 'though...

And for other Trek Babes, honorable mention to Kes, from Voyager, Uhura, from the original Star Trek (I prefer the Nichelle Nichols version to the Zoe Saldana interpretation, 'cause I'm weird that way) and Keh'lar (sp?), Worf's late wife from Next Generation.

Seven of Boobs is overrated, IMO.

And let's not forget Princess Aura, from that 1980 'classic' Flash Gordon! Hot, like a smoldering pyre of burning fire in the mid-day sun, that also burns, with flames.

Heh, Denna, the Mord Sith who got her own episode of torturing Richard, wins my vote for hottest Legend of the Seeker babe, even over Kayla, the Lady Confessor (who is a lot prettier, but not usually tarted up as 'hot'), but yeah, they sure do take Richard's shirt off a lot, don't they?

I would say "Hell Yes" but choosing Wakka hurts her case ... a lot. Single is better then that.

Rikku from X-2 was kinda hot too.

As for trying to take "hottest" from fiction like in a novel ... I just can't see it possible. Looks wise, I imagine they're all "perfect" because that's just the way they are. It's got to be a visual thing. However I'm not a big fan of choosing real life people, even if they are acting. Meh.

Viconia from Baldur's Gate 2 was a babe though.

I used to have a big thing for Tifa but that's waned with time.

... so if I had to choose hottest of ALL time?

... Pirotess from Record of Lodoss War. Hands down. Accept no substitutes. Hottest dark elf to have EVER existed.

I actually wish someone would start a version of this thread but the hottest GUY. I'd vote Squall from FF8. I am comfortable enough with myself to say ... that guy is a raging pile of Man Pretty.

That would be Saffron in "Our Mrs. Reynolds" played by the ravishing Christina Hendricks.

I'd definitely agree with you on that one. Hendricks posesses 2 of my favourite female features, voluptousness and red hair!

Ahh yes, Tika, in the same vein as Ms. Hendricks above, only this time she has 3 of my favourite features, a curly haired, voluptous redhead!

+1 to Gentle Giant, for all the same reasons ;-)

Hmm, Books Dejah Thoris has been mentioned. How about (after surgery) Angelina diGritz, and Pat Savage

TV: No contest, Rommie in Seasons 1 and two. Best Rommie line
[Rommie uses planetary warfare pods to kill snipers]
Erik: You are just like Tyr !
Rommie: No , I'm better .

Or maybe this one
Rommie: Dylan may not be a god, but on this ship, I am.

Movies.. Hmm, Queen Isis from the Scorpion King and Evelyn O'connel which is only in part due to Rachel Weiz's performance.

Mara Jade - Star Wars Fiction and Comics

musician (when I remember her actually)/anime-spokesperson-something Apollo Smile?

Yeah, Denna would be my hands down pick over Kayla, but mostly because of the whole S&M theme, not because of looks. Any chick carrying her own evil "massager" is cool in my book.

Oh, another one----Wonder Woman (TV version-Linda Carter)! A chick with a magic rope that make you do whatever she says?!?! Where do I sign up for that!

QFT. Every American male between the ages of 35 and 40 is hot for Linda Carter's Wonder Woman.
