The suscription is my current "my personal luxury thing" and I'm keeping it mostly under the excuse that its for "work" purposes...You know, to stay on the loop.
Not sure what the tax system is like there, but here in the UK I have my own sideline business writing software, which means I can write any expenses like office furniture and computers off against tax. Theoretically I could do the same with RPG stuff, but I'd want to have at least one published credit first in case I needed to argue it with the tax man.
I'd say that researching art 'in the field' should count as a tax deductible expense for a self-employed artist. Might be worth a look.

Actually you are right. I can write off all RPG stuff as yearly tax deduction, but since is bought outside Mex, it doesn't help too much.
Anyways things are picking up and I hope it stays that way. I started a Tablet promo to finally get me one and try to pitch my portfolio to big companies. If I don't go full color very few companies will take me serious.
Thankfully, this promo has gone GREAT! I opened 10 slots hoping to fill them up in 1 month and its been 2 days and I'm down to 2... Thanks for all the support!!! I hope I can pay back all of this awesome vibe I have got and make up for it to all of you!
Thanks you!

"Fair"? "Fair"? Who said anything about "fair"? I am sure that none of us would have a problem with that. And if they do, then they will just have to adjust. Right now you can use the money so take advantage of the opportunities that present themselves.
P.S. - And if you are still feeling realy bad, then just toss on a free quick 5 minute hand drawn scetch into what they get. That should satisfy them.

A quick 5 min draw would look like one of these :P
Well, I'll ask the commissioners about it when I fill the quota ;)

~shrugs~ It is up to you. I for one say "Go For It!" and get the extra money, provided that you do not burn out doing all the extra work. Oh, and you don't need to send me any extras. I am good.
P.S. - I was not meaning to sound like an ass, but sometimes the best laid plans have to be adjusted to fit in with reality.

Hooray! Congratulations!
So what are you doing?
I'm tending on a digital printshop at a university with a friend :D You know... lots of plotters, laser-cutting machines and big-@$$ color laserprinters around... brings lots of product-making ideas to mind :P
Thank you all :D
