I just ordered these and had thought that the coins and such would be included in the PDF. My download, however, only contained the guide to printing them.
Is that correct or am I missing something?
I'm pretty that this is an issue with your decompression utility. I just downloaded the zip file from your account and got all of the requisite PDFs.
When you download this file, you get a zip file called "coinsoftheRealmPDF.zip" which, when decompressed, becomes the folder "coinsOfTheRealmPDF". If properly decompressed this folder should contain 4 files and a folder. Three of those files are the PDFs, and there is one txt file. The problem (and I've seen this on many Worldworks PDFs), is that the folder within the created folder is also called "CoinsOfTheRealmPDF". Within this inner folder is the PDF of the printing instructions (which is, I believe, all you got in your download).
The default Windows decompression utility does not, by default, create subfolders. So when it comes across these Worldworks PDFS, it only unzips the folder-within-the-folder, and you don't get the actual PDF.
The solution, thankfully is fairly easy. All you need to do is to use a different decompression utility to unzip your download. Re-personalizing and re-downloading the file wouldn't hurt, either.
Thanks,
cos

I use WinRAR, The 40 day free trail actually never forces you to buy the product or stop using it, after 40 days you just get a pop up when you load the program saying "your trial is up, click here to purchase" with a 'purchase' button and a 'remind me later' button
