Hello gang,

I moving apartments this week, can I please place a hold on the shipment of my subscriptions as well as my order that I placed today
(Order # 1143191) until I get to my new address. It should be in my new address by June 15 at the latest.

I'm not sure if the items sent before then will be sent back, my building concierge would normally hold it but for the summer months they could not promise to hold it here because of the large amount of old tenants moving out and new ones moving in.

Edit: I was wondering, how come we don't get email notification of our orders and subscriptions anymore ? Or did I miss something ?

As we do not have a way to hold orders for future shipment, I have canceled order #1143191. When you are ready to have it shipped, please contact Customer Service with your new address and order number to have it reinstated, or re-purchase the item.

I have suspended your subscriptions to ensure they do not ship until you are ready. When you are ready to have them reinstated, please contact us. Subscription suspensions can last up to a maximum of 30 days.

You should still be receiving email notifications. Please check your junk mail folder and double check that the email address associated with your account is correct.

Thank you Alison, I wish there was another way around this but you know best, thanks for all your help.

I will have a new address within 13 days and let you know about starting the subscription back. I requested the building management office that my mail be allowed to be delivered earlier to my new building and I await their response.

I'm still having issues with email confirmations.

I get the Paizo weekly email but I have not received any confirmations or either subscriptions recently. I tested it by getting a free pdf from the site and the pdf is in my downloads (as far as I can tell) but I did not get email notification. Sorry for the trouble, but this was an issue only recently (maybe the last month).

My email with Paizo has not changed.

Hello Alison,

I'll be sending an email shortly with my new address, I have not moved in yet but I made arrangements (i.e. I bribed the doormen!) so I can get packages before I move in 4 days from now, so PLEASE RESTART my subscriptions.

Please continue my Pathfinder Adventure Path and Pathfinder Chronicles Subscription. Also I would like to restart my Companion Subscription with the TALDOR companion. Please ship them together, i.e. once a month. THANKS.

You know you are a Paizo addict when restart your subscriptions even before you make arrangements for credit cards and business mail to be forwarded.

edit: Order 1143191 was cancelled because of my move, do I have to create a new order? And when I reorder it can I get it with the discount of the original order ? Thanks again for all the help.

I have responded to the email you sent, and I reinstated order 1143191 and updated the address. You will still receive the discount.
