Are you trying to give up soda?
Yeah. I go through this stupid cycle where I give it up for about a month, then I have one soda for lunch, and then a couple of weeks later, I'm drinking soda at every meal.
I need to cut soda to try to lose weight, plus I'm going to start running with my daughter (when she gets over her cold), so I'd rather not have the caffeine making it even *more* difficult to run.

About 36 hours. Of course, when my consumption goes way up, they start pretty quickly in the morning. So, for me it was pretty much from 10 in the morning yesterday until about half an hour ago.
I started running (or running a few minutes then wanting to barf) yesterday.
I'm gonna nip it in the bud before my beergut is entrenched.

You need more moderators and Cut the number of pages down to 10 per thread, then start new thread plz! Most of the comments are 1 liners and the threads go all over the place I know these forums are young and under funded but 551 pages on one topic is insanity!
