Honestly, I shouldn't find Vomit Guy that funny, but whenever I see one of the posts, it cracks me up.

Seriously. Is something up with Taig?

He posted on the Slaad thread just recently. It sounds like he's just been really busy for the past week or so. I had been wondering about him myself.

Good Morning Folks! :)

Keep moving, keep moving, nothing to see here.

Didn't really know where else to put this, so this place will do....

Something of increasing note these days is the seeming lack of willingness among Congressmen in D.C. to read the entirety of legislation they are passing. Someone on the National Review posted the following little historical footnote, which I thought was extremely funny:

In 1971, Rep. Tom Moore, Jr. of Waco, Texas, knowing that his fellow legislators in the Texas House of Representatives often passed bills and resolutions without fully reading or understanding them, pulled an April Fool's joke on the House by sponsoring a resolution commending Albert de Salvo for his unselfish service to "his county, his state and his community." The resolution read, in part:

This compassionate gentleman's dedication and devotion to his work has enabled the weak and the lonely throughout the nation to achieve and maintain a new degree of concern for their future. He has been officially recognized by the state of Massachusetts for his noted activities and unconventional techniques involving population control and applied psychology.

The joke, of course, was that....

Spoiler:
...Albert de Salvo was more commonly known as the "The Boston Strangler", assumed to be responsible for the murders of thirteen women in the Boston area between 1962 and 1964.

I always kind of figured they had staffers reading through the fine points of the legislation. At least I hope that is the case.

Be Happy!

I was happy once....

G%#+%!n whippersnappers!

Strange women lyin' in ponds distributin' swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony. You can't expect to wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart threw a sword at you. After all, if I went 'round sayin' I was Emperor, just because some moistened bint lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away.

Vomit guy is so cool! He's my hero!

This is what happens. It indicates the non-frenzied feeding of a large squalus - possibly Longimanus or Isurus glauca. Now... the enormous amount of tissue loss prevents any detailed analysis; however the attacking squalus must be considerably larger than any normal squalus found in these waters. Didn't you get on a boat and check out these waters?

Hungry Jack® has been feeding families like yours for nearly 70 years. From the launch of Hungry Jack Mashed Potatoes in 1967 to the innovation of the reheatable microwavable Hungry Jack Syrup bottle in 1994, Hungry Jack has been gathering families around the table for good times, great food and that delicious Hungry Jack taste. That's why everybody’s happy when it's Hungry Jack™!

Ah reckon so.
