So how about David Reutimann?
So we can stoke the edition fire here?
CourtFool wrote: So we can stoke the edition fire here? So long as it doesn't involve religion or politics, flame away. ;)
Well damn! It's no fun when you just go and let me have my way like that.
Well,

I used to be a big Marvel fanboy. Not anymore.
The whole "Dave Cockrum is wasting away in the V.A. Hospital while Marvel makes all the bank from Nightcrawler" kinda did the job on my fanboy love. I know it's grognardish, but that's the way it went.
I like the Goon by Eric Powell.

Yes, especially the last one.
I like 3.5’s customization and proliferation of fluff material for me to use with my System of Choice™.
I like 4e’s At Will/Encounter/Daily powers and consistency.

My daughter loves Plants vs. Zombies. Gah! I am hating the night time.

Oh, and I did like seeing the rodeo, though I felt bad for the little calfs getting roped. That's kinda meanass-looking.
Heathansson wrote: Oh, and I did like seeing the rodeo, though I felt bad for the little calfs getting roped. That's kinda meanass-looking. Yeah, really mean. Look on the bright side, though: it's better than them being veal.

Less cruel than being bodychecked from behind or punched in the throat. Ever been stepped on by a steer? It hurts.
I cheer for the villian in books and TV shows. Maybe that's why I DM, but I also cheer for the players (I just don't tell them that.)

No, but I got bit by a dog in the ankle and could see my own tibia for a week. It didn't hurt too much though.
CourtFool wrote: My daughter loves Plants vs. Zombies. Gah! I am hating the night time. Worry not. When the zombies come looking for brains, you will be completely safe. :P
I'm surprised Aberzombie hasn't popped in to say braaaaains, yet.
CourtFool wrote: My daughter loves Plants vs. Zombies. Gah! I am hating the night time. Plant Sunshrooms. They work best.

pi+phi=phun!
pie=0 (as in all gone!) YUMYUM!
David Fryer wrote: Plant Sunshrooms. They work best. They are not fast enough. I try to get four or five going, but they never seem to be enough. Maybe because I am trying to plant double pea shooters. I am just afraid the singles will not be enough during the onslaught.

This thread is much too contentious. It needs a smurf.
I will use this open forum to state unequivocally that Mountain Dew is the best soft drink every made (and I miss the old mountain coot with the cork whizzing through his hat brim as he pops open a bottle)!

Sebastian wrote: taig wrote: This thread is much too contentious. It needs a smurf. Quit your threadcrapping! This is a serious discussion. Who made you Lord Moderator of the boards? I don't see that in your tags.
taig wrote: Who made you Lord Moderator of the boards? When did he say he was? Maybe you should check your facts before you start slinging baseless accusations.
I'm flagging all of these posts. They're way too offensive.
CourtFool wrote: taig wrote: Who made you Lord Moderator of the boards? When did he say he was? Maybe you should check your facts before you start slinging baseless accusations. I don't think you read my post correctly. I never said he was Lord Moderator of the boards. You inferred it, and have started slinging your own baseless accusations.
Detestable, really.
So how many of you have a garden?
I'm growing Watermelons, Corn/beans/squash plus a bunch of herbs...

My wife started a garden this year. It's got tomatoes, carrots, lettuce and sunflowers. Suddenly, those cute bunnies we had in the yard previous years aren't so cute anymore.
taig wrote: I don't think you read my post correctly. Oh I am sorry. I did not realize you were using steganography. Why don’t you own up to your own words instead of playing the Oracle of Delphi when you get called on your personal biased.
I am done with this thread. It is obvious that people can not have a civil discussion regarding pie without some cake lover spewing their bile.

I'm not the one putting words into others' mouths. Sheesh!
I'm not sure where the hate comes from, but I can tell you that many more people have bought cakes than pies, so they are superior.
Edit: And steganography--nice word there.
Religion and politics, haha you'll never control me!
I have a mathematical garden, I used the optional rules of pi to make fruit for pies!
wait, what?

Only Fig Newtons can be derived with applied math, though.
A thread where I can't take anything too seriously? I refuse to participate.
Err...wait.

Only Fig Newtons can be derived with applied math, though. I would like to see the formula for the curvature of a fig newton. Ready, set, go...
