Good idea, Cobb, but I'm not sure where we would get 5 tons of pudding and a troupe of dancing gnomes dressed like various celebrities. I think we'll need to come up with some other way to be more chaotic.

Ah, Pinky and the Brain brings back fond memories. :)

Wow, it's quiet. Anyone have any good picnics, buffets, or family gathers over the weekend?

I made an appearance at a wedding this weekend. I was relegated to appetizer status yet again.

So I egged the bride.

That sounds like a talk show episode: "Honey, I Got Pregnant At My Wedding, but It Was The Appetizer, Not My Husband."

They'd show a clip of the hubbie watching a little slaad burst out of his wife with Maury's voice saying "You are... not the father!"

Where did my son get off to? I have a ball of chaotic matter for him.

Hmmm ... looks like I'll need to get him a new one ...

I wonder if we can get the 5 tons of pudding this way?

I do love Pinky and the Brain ... it truly was a great cartoon.

Ah, yes, the Chaos increases as we pull in members of different threads to our own. This plan has merit ...

That's sounds similar to how Granpappy Slaad used to make it:

Creamy Potatoes and Poodle Breakfast Breakfast Bake

Ingredients:
CASSEROLE
* no-stick cooking spray
* 1 lb. ground poodle (preferably Greyish-Greenish Poodle)
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
* 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
* 1 (4.9 oz.) package instant scalloped potatoes (preferably flavored variety, such as "Four Cheese" or similar)
* 1 large Jack skull, cleaned and dried
* 2 cups chicken or poodle brooth
* 1 (12 oz.) can of evaporated milk
* 6 large chicken eggs (NOT slaad eggs)
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 1 kobold, pre-concussed and tied to a chair

TOPPING
* 1 1/4 cups instant mashed potato flakes
* 5 tablespoons butter, melted
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 2 tablespoons chopped chives

Preparation Directions:
1. BOIL 2 cups broth.
2. HEAT oven to 400°F. Coat 13x9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Cook ground poodle in skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove from heat. Drain, if necessary. Stir in onion, green pepper, and red pepper.
3. PLACE scalloped potatoes and cheese sauce mix from packet in medium bowl. Stir in boiling broth. Whisk evaporated milk, eggs, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in large bowl. Stir in potatoes and sausage mixture. Pour into prepared pan.
4. For Topping: COMBINE potato flakes, butter and salt with a fork until evenly moistened. Stir in chives. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
5. Spoon 1 tablespoon of finished casserole into kobold's mouth. Wait 5 minutes. If kobold does not convulse, vomit, or die, then casserole is safe for consumption. Implant slaad egg into kobold.
6. Serve hot. Place dried Jack head on table as festive centerpiece, or use as polo ball in after-dinner polo match.

TIP To prepare the day ahead, follow directions through Step 3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 375°F. Stir together topping ingredients, then sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Yield: 12 human or 2 slaadi servings
Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 30 min
