So, got my schedule of sessions and learned the synopsis of the scenario (#24, sounds like fun) I'll be running from the event list.
I'm glad, actually, to see that it's the same scenario for all three sessions I'm running. I was a little worried about having to prepare to run three different four-hour sessions in one weekend. Could have done it but I think I'll do a better job just concentrating on one.
One question: the scenario says tiers 1-7. I presume that means the scenario will include scaled encounters for 1-2, 3-4, and 6-7 BUT is a given slot defined as being for one of these tiers? Or is it just governed by who shows up? What happens if three players show up with 1st- and 2nd-level characters and one with a 3rd-level? Can they play together?
Sorry...still a PFS n00b. :)

Wow, I was going to ask that very same question...it must be noob day.

Do we need to purchase the pdf of the game we are running or will that be provided for us? When will we get details of what we are running in the interactive?
No, I'll provide you with PDFs sometime around the beginning of June. Details for the interactive will most likely arrive in your inbox the week before the show (so about a week later than the scenarios).

LOL. I know the Paizo guys are busy getting ready for the show (and everything else they do) but I AM looking forward to reading the adventure I'm running at the show. It's hard not to bug them. :)
Won't start getting TOO worried until Tuesday or so. Gotta get the right minis packed!

I found someone who is willing and able to run a slot zero for me on Monday night, so I sincerely hope that we get something this weekend or early in the day on Monday. I'll be able to better run the scenario if I've played it rather than just read it.

My slot zero for this tonight just fell through due to GM illness. Any chance you could run it on Thursday night after the Meet & Eat?

Hmmm. If you get the group together I'd be willing. I'll get to the hotel about 9:30 I think (flight in at 8:10). Gavnoyle/Gavin Smith is one of my roommates and will probably be at the Meet & Eat.

The scenario looks great. Couple of questions about participating still remain for me.
1) Will we get a final of the adventures before the show so we can print - I'm mainly thinking about the finished player faction mission handouts here. If not, will we get a printout at the show?
2) Is there some sort of briefing sheet for volunteer GMs? Are we meeting up before the show starts at all? I'm looking for stuff like contacts at the show, finding our table, time to get there - if I've got an 8 am game do I show up at 7:30 am? All that sort of stuff.
3) Okay. I guess there's not a 3. :)

Ditto what mearrin said...We are flying out tomorrow afternoon and I was hoping to have the final draft by then. We won't have access to a printer after that. Will printed copies of the mod be provided including handouts? I will download what I have to my laptop so I can start reading it.

I and my fiance are leaving home at 3 AM EST to catch the plane from BWI to SEA. We get in at 9:40 AM PST ... so getting these PDF's are great, but getting the final print copies will have to come from Paizo - printing costs are a tad nutters away from the laser printer...
On the flip side, we're looking forward to the con! :)

Is there anyone who can print a hard copy of scenario 25 for me? My printer just freaked out and I don't have time to fix it as I am leaving at five in the morning to get there.
Thanks in advance!
EDIT: I am willing to pay back anyone who prints this off for me for your time and trouble. Thanks again!

I'll have printed copies at the show, including extra printed handout sheets. So even if you miss the PDF being dropped in your My Downloads, you'll have the final to run there.
Please show up to run your event about 30 minutes before it starts. I'll be running mustering a bit loosey goosey, just making sure everyone gets to a table with a minimum of 4 players (since we have so few tables).

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! You just made the rest of my day so much easier!!
Anyway that could possibly be put somewhere that doesn't give me a javascript error?

I very much appreciate this, Josh. I just arrived at the hotel, and I'm as giddy as a schoolgirl!!

My fiance and I arrived at the hotel about 10:30 AM local time.
We've been to a grocery store to stock up on beverages and have already lunched at the Crab Pot that the Eat-n-Meet is happening at in a few hours' time.
^^ We'll show up and look for the 40-odd gamers pulverizing seafood, then seat as close to them as we can. Name tag will be requested by yours truly! :P

Just wanted to say thanks to Joshua for organizing the events. I was only there for Saturday but had a great time running and gaming with some very kind and cool people. First time at Paizocon...I'll definitely be there next year. It was a pleasure gaming with guests Clinton Boomer and Rob McCreary.

It was fun being a volunteer GM (in spite of a pooch up on my end) for Paizocon '09. Tiring, but fun, and got to meet some really kewl folks.
And I echoe the sentiment - thanks to Joshua Frost for putting forth a Herculean effort to get the con to work very smoothly for a first time effort.
Had a blast Josh, get some rest and hope the wife enjoys the vino!
