Hey there,

I see from my account info that this order was shipped on March 19th by priority mail, which is supposed to have a max delivery time of 5 business days. As of yet I haven't seen this shipment. Any way you can track it down? Thanks!

The 2 to 5 business days in transit is only an estimate, actually. Your order is indeed late, but there's a good chance it may still be on its way to you. Unfortunately we don't have a way to track orders shipped via USPS. I'd say give it until next Friday, just to be safe, and if it still hasn't arrived let us know. If it arrives back here, we'll shoot you an email.
