An old gleemax homebrew i am trying to adapt.

Ability Scores and Races

Lantern Lodge

you remember Yamishinobi from gleemax?

Infamous Creator of the Nekogami. i have his permission to adapt and submit a version of his D&D3.5 homebrew race for pathfinder.

the animeish but non furry cat people. intended as a human subrace.

i am going to post my adaptions to his race. i would love it to become official material. (but it must be placed in the free online system reference document) give the credit to my good buddy, "Timothy Young" the original creator.

I am both Tim Young and Yamishinobi. (for the record) the original name Yamishinobi came from a cat i had that died memorial day 2004.

i have no copyright on this race. but i demand that no copyrighted trademark be placed on it, "ever". i present this race as a publicly adaptable player option for pathfinder players everywhere. i declare this as open content.

NEKOGAMI RACIAL TRAITS:
• +2 Dexterity, +2 Wisdom, -2 Constitution: Nekogami are agile and creative but frail in body
• medium size, no bonuses or penalties due to size
quick speed Nekogami base land speed is 40 feet.
Low light vision , a Nekogami may see twice as far as a human in conditions of poor illumination
Eternal Youth Nekogami are ageless, they do not take any bonuses or penalties from aging effects, nor can they be magically aged or die of old age. They receive these benefits upon adulthood.
Nekogami Weapon proficiency. Nekogami receive a +1 racial bonus on attack rolls involving a weapon of the light blades family. (see fighter entry). In addition Nekogami receive Weapon finesse as a bonus feat.
Cat’s Luck. Nekogami receive a +1 racial bonus on all saving throws
Cat’s Grace +2 racial bonus on Climb, Stealth, Perception and Acrobatics checks, Nekogami are perceptive and acrobatically incline
Human Ancestry , due to their human ancestry a Nekogami may take feats that have “Human” as a racial prerequisite
Cat’s Creativity Nekogami Receive 1 bonus skill rank at 1st level and 1 extra skill rank each level after. These skill points are added on as a bonus, not multiplied like normal skill points from class or intellegence bonus
Feline Emapthy , A Nekogami entitled to an animal companion treats leopards (any cat with the leopard stat block) as a 1st level animal companion option rather than 4th level option. (so a leopard/ panther is subtracted from 4th level list and added to the 1st level one)
Cat’s Luck Nekogami Receive a +1 racial bonus on all saving throws
Automatic Language: Common, Sylvan Bonus Languages: Any (other than secret languages, such as Druidic). See the Speak Language skill
Favored Class: Rogue, Druid, or Monk (must be chosen at 1st level and cannot be changed afterwards)

Nekogami were once the product of a believed to be nonexistent forgotten god of cats from the far eastern lands from which monks arrived. Nekogami have a tradition of Free Lifestyles reminiscent of a Vagabond. If there is anything they wish they could keep. It is most likely the free reign of a cat. A huge portion of the race are adventurers. On the path of a rogue, druid or monk. They are common but unknown amongst the population. As many pretend to be human. They cosmetically look entirely human. But share a cats freedom, as well as it’s creativity. Their naming conventions are the same as those of a human. Varying greatly with little similarity. Out of their 3 favored classes, the most common is obviously the rogue.

Nekogami pantheon.

Nekogami have no real pantheon. They borrow from the surrounding human cultures. If they had a religion of their own. It would probably be one that encourages freedom and creativity

paizo. will you use my creation. even as an example race in your dungeon master's guide.
