A couple of player from our gaming group play monks in one of the campaigns that we play. The question has been asked does the Medusa's Wrath feat work with the monk's Flurry of Blows ability.

The Beta reads:
Medusa’s Wrath (Combat)
You can take advantage of your opponent’s confusion, delivering multiple blows.
Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike, Gorgon’s Fist, Scorpion Style, base attack bonus +11.
Benefit: As a full-attack action, make two additional unarmed strikes at your highest base attack bonus. All of your unarmed strikes must be made against a dazed, flatfooted, paralyzed, staggered, stunned, or unconscious foe.
The Alpha Reads:

The way that the Alpha feat reads it can clearly be used with Flurry.
The Beta feat wording suggests that it cannot. I think that the problem is between the Fighter and the Monk. Assuming it works with flurry, it seems that there should be a section in the description that explains the feat for the monk. If it does not work with flurry, I really do not see much of a point to the feat for the level of monk that has access to the feat as the number of attacks, flurry vs. normal plus feat, would be the same in number and in attack bonus.
In either case, if used with a flurry, the extra attacks must be made unarmed and not with a monk weapon. The monk weapons only get the exclusion for the flurry.
Does anyone have any insight into this question?
