I received a message that the payment method was declined, and while looking over the account, noticed that the amount included the items from my previous package. Is there any way those can be taken off the current order and the charge tried again?

I apologize. The payment method decline was due to a bug within our system and had nothing to do with your card. The same bug caused previously sent items to appear on the order.

We are wroking on a fix for the small number of orders affected and you can feel free to disregard this notice. I apologize for the mix up.
