I've loved Umbra Dragons since they appeared in CotCT #5 (Skeletons of Scarwall).
It would be nice to have some rules for them to be added to the Draconic Sorcerer Bloodline.
I know that it can't go into the PFRPG Rulebook as they aren't "Setting Neutral", but some word from Jason about possible ways to incorporate them into the lineup would be really nice.

This is what I am thinking, but some Official Clarrifications would certainly go along way to helping me out:
Dragon Type: Umbra
Energy Type: Negative
Breath Shape: 30'Cone of Negative Energy.
(Heals Undead, but damages everything else.)
Dragon Resistances: Negative Energy 3rd = 5/9th = 10.
(Is this even possible? This is a tricky one as I am not sure if there are any documented instances of Energy Resistances that aren't Elemental in nature, such as Fire, Lightning, Cold, etc... Can there be Negative Energy Resistance?)
What does everyone (especially Jason) think? Is this viable?

I think there are already enough bloodlines, though specific dragon types might be cool for a later rules supplement. I could put an Umbral Dragon sorcerer to good use, but it's a bit Golarion-specific for what PFRPG is targeting, which is a (generally) setting-neutral continuation of the 3.5 D&D rulesset. All existing bloodlines are generic to the game as a whole, most of them as far back as the game has existed in terms of flavor.
