Ok everyone in the NY/NJ area, we live in the most densely populated area in the nation, so let's get organized. There's quite a few cons in the area and I think we should have a resource for getting society events at every up and coming one. I'm thinking of starting an e-mail list-serve (yahoo groups) and I'm wondering who else would be interested in such a thing.

Hey Coridan, check this out. We play weekly (on Tuesday nights) at Neutral Ground (37th between 5th & 6th) at 6:30. Join the group and join the game! Notices of local cons and such are posted there as well. Hope to see you soon!

I'm a bit far too head into the city for gaming (exit 91 off the parkway) but I just thought it'd be easier for all of us to get organized so that when cons like Dexcon and stuff come up they don't have 8 random DMs all contacting them about running games and can just work with one Society contact who would then organize the DMs.

I suggest you join the NYC group anyway good number of us go to Dexcon.
You can post your PFS announcements and such. There are also a few people who are looking to maybe play out of Princeton on the board if that is closer to you.Dexcon - who can beat a con that has a sports bar with take out 10 feet from the rpg games :)
