Commanding Undead


Classes: Cleric, Druid, and Paladin


In the the Beta, when a cleric commands intelligent undead they get a saving throw to throw off the effect each day. I think that a powerful cleric should be able to totally dominate weak undead like in 3.5. Wouldn't it make more sense to only allow this saving throw for undead over a certain hit dice or challenge rating compared to the cleric's level?

This way higher level clerics could have ghouls and similar weak minions as guards without having to worry about them suddenly running amok?
